I didnt explain myself well. I meant that a draft pick will be based on the performance of the player in his new team. kind of like if mallet becomes a regular starter with a playoff run so pats get a 2 rounder and if he makes it as a backup and thats it so pats get a 6th...

Just a thought about something... Why not having to trade a player for draft pick but let the value of the pick be based on performance. Something like that happened before? i think not but i think its kind of a good idea...

I really dont have much to elaborate about our draft, one thing i can do is rate it. it think our draft is like B. although we didnt address our need at TE, i hope we do it in FA.
