If I was a fan, I'd rather not make the SB than something like this happening.

Hopefully the Bills get to a SB and something like this happens to them. Except they don't run it back for a TD and lose.

They are probably up there as one of the greatest Patriots teams of all time if they win 14 games with that schedule.

They need to try something. I think the last two SB's have proven that having a great to elite QB does not matter with bad OL play. It's the most important unit after QB.

He is great. But scoring on elite front fours without Tom Brady in big games (even sometimes with Brady) is not something he has proven consistently. Not saying he should be fired. But in December I thought he was the best OC in the game. Doesn't feel that way anymore.

I think Vrabel is too loyal. He loves his players and coaches. Believes they will overcome adversity. Loyalty is great until it isn't. He doesn't need to be completely hated like Bill. But he can't be mr nice guy all of the time.

I keep wondering what would have happened if the Patriots offense was simply "good". Does Seattle's offense stay stagnant and they are screwed. Or do they change things up and it's a shootout? My opinion is the Patriots come out of that game with a win. That is where the "missed opportunity"...

Idk. I had concerns about him without Brady. And he did good with Maye. Overall, adjusting to great defenses without Brady has never been a thing with him. From what I've seen.

If the team improves in most areas, they should still have a solid chance at winning the division. Maybe players get better but the record suffers a bit.

There is a huge difference between say a 75% Maye playing instead of Dobbs. Vs....an injured Campbell playing over Lowe. The gap between the OL guys is much much smaller than the former. As for the bolded, wasn't Vrabel a Patriot when Bledsoe lost his job to injury. And....it led to historic...

This. Lowe needed to start. If Campbell insisted on playing, the coaches need to tell him to sit and that it's best for the team. I don't blame Campbell as much now. I blame the organization.

Does this Seattle win avenge SB 49 for Seahawks fans? Apparently so. But they were a pass away from a dynasty. Whereas this team could just be a fart in the wind.

The league was weak af in 2008. A healthy Brady gets them the one seed. And while they are not as dominant, probably get back to the SB. No guarantees of course. But Brady owned Pittsburgh, Chargers, and Colts were weak.
