The Simulator is the simulator. It knows we have 3 good CBs so it reads: not a need so it devalues most any CB picks.

This may (or may not) be my final mock. It's a combination of what I want as well as, hopefully, being somewhat predictive. I'm using dane Brugler's 7 round mock as my guide to draft position.

31. Max Iheanachor, RT, Arizona State

I'm coming around on the pick and I do think if he's there, it may just be a lock.

63. Keyron Crawford, EDGE, Auburn

Both what I would want and predictive.

95. Zakee Wheatley, S, Penn State

Wheatley can improve as a nickel safety but I do think he's Craig Woodson coded. The leading TEs were all off the board at this point.

TRADE

Trade 125 + 212 to GB for 120 + 255

120. Jimmy Rolder, LB, Michigan

131. Nate Boerkircher, TE, Texas A&M or Will Kacmarek, TE, Ohio State

I really can't decide. I think both are ideal Patriots. Boerkircher might get the edge because he has better receiving upside.

171. Jeremiah Wright, OG, Auburn

He's very similar to Mike Onwenu although I don't think he's good enough to replace him year one.

191. Rene Konga, DT, Louisville

The backup 3-tech they've been showing interest in. Kaleb Proctor would be my preference but was sacrificed for other needs at safety, LB and TE.

198. Kaelon Black, RB, Indiana

A very reliable RB4.

202. Trey Moore, EDGE, Texas

A LB and designated pass rusher combo. Pinch of salt time, but Tony Pauline says we've "shown a lot of interest". He and Crawford add the speed at the position Eliot Wolf said he wanted.

247. Khalil Jacobs, LB, Missouri

255. Karon Prunty, CB, Wake Forest

Pure guesswork with the last two. both make positional sense and both have been on visits so they make as much sense as anyone else.

Wheatley and Kaleb Proctor was a real tough choice for me at 95. It could have gone either way. I went with Wheatley because finding a safety later was tougher whereas I could fall back on Konga. Also, I went with big school bias.

I'd love Stribling and was tempted by Cyrus Allen but I just don't feel certain about a WR with a fairly stacked room.

Not a fan of Wright. Other than that its pretty much what i expect. Nice one!

There are others I prefer at that point like Keagen Trost and Micah Morris. There just hasn't been any interest in either it seems.
