I agree mostly. In 3 months Russini's contract will expire, but she might start her own thing? If her methods are a bit unconventional, she might sign some "appearance" contracts but be an independent insider. Her network might be good enough to support going on her own.

If Vrabel has to move out, living in a hotel for a month or two and then moving into a condo is a very minor distraction. It is not happening mid-season.

If Vrabel is single, with the kids on weekends, that means he has more time to stay at Gillette which should help the team. Maybe it is not great for his personal life, but being single living near Gillette will not hurt the Pats wins and losses.

Its all good. Vrabes dont know how lucky he is.

Heck every married guy likes his pixxed off wife and her attorney after him. Its even better if the attorney is a woman who also had a cheating husband.

Russini has resigned from The Athletic. Her statement says her contracts expires June 30, which is a little different than what was originally reported.... but really, it is just 6 weeks from when they would have let her go anyway.
