The "investigation" is a shot across the bow. The NFL isn't breaking any laws because, for now, they do have the anti-trust exemption in place. It is unclear how much the SBA'61 applies to streaming and cable because that hasn't exactly been ruled on by the courts.

Trump could definitely make trouble for the League but I think ultimately what we need (and will probably eventually get, though these things can take years) is an update to the law to adjust for our modern age.

well.... america didn't have much of a choice . it was him or the two ******s the insane clown posse put up as candidates. talk about destroying democracy, we have no idea who was running the government and opened the borders to let in millions of unvetted unvaxed potential terrorists and cartel gang members in during weekend at bernie's auto pen presidency. to top that off once bernie fell on his face during the debate like everyone knew he would, they just slid in a new candidate, because they knew bernie couldn't win, without her getting a single vote even though bernie had won the primary. now that's destroying democracy.
