If they are going to play a lot of zone like they did in the regular season, they may be better off trading him for a wealth of draft picks. I almost want to see how he is used this season before they give him the big deal.

what team is giving up a wealth of picks with out understanding what it would take to sign Gonzo?
if Gonzo wants to be the highest paid CB (until the next guy) his value is pretty well understood
if Gonzo wants to be paid among the highest paid non QB's, his value is much different
