It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Another fun tidbit from EJ is that they run the agility stuff after everything else. He said Jacob Rodriguez ran his 3-4 SS and then got his 6.9 3C on his 13th attempt. Sounds like they get to keep running it until they get the time they like, but what really stood out to me is that Jacob Rodriguez is a ****ing competitor. After the 40, the jumps, the on field drills he did both agility drills not once to check the box but kept going until he was happy with the result. That sounds like someone who practice hard as hell to ensure they are as close to perfect as they can be.I am watching a podcast with EJ Synder and he said that at the combine he sat with the Next Gen guys and found out that the 10 yd split is done by hand and not laser. I found this pretty interesting
Yup.
As long as he makes his second pro day he should be fine. That doesn't bode well for him..
What to do with Eric Gentry? 6-6, 228 lbs and just ran a 6.76 3-cone!! I'm guessing he can't catch the ball otherwise he'd be an offensive freak. 35.5" arms too.

Minor hamstring tweak apparently.Right but why not do both. What's the point of just stopping after 10 yards? It's that important to save about 3 seconds of your day?
It didn't stop him doing all the other drills.Minor hamstring tweak apparently.
He said that it was at the combine this year that Jacob Rodriguez ran it so many times and he said a few other did as well.Interesting. At the combine they get 3 attempts.
If you have a slight hamstring injury, the biggest risk is a max effort sprint due to the high eccentric loads. A shuttle, 3 cone or 10y arent't risk free due to the deceleration, but less likely for worsening the injury. It didn't stop him doing all the other drills.
