Houses in MA and in CA have gone up about the same % in the last decade, generally. If your claims about CA were true, that wouldn't be true.I bought my house in MA 11 years ago and its value has gone up 4x.
Fowler mentioned the Titans as a suitor for Pierce which doesn’t really make sense unless they think he’s 36 instead of 26.
Pierce appears poised to make at least $27 million per year on a new deal. The Patriots, Commanders, Raiders and Titans are among teams in the mix.
What helps Indy's case is that Pierce is close with Colts quarterback Daniel Jonesand, if everything is equal, would like to stay in Indianapolis. There's still hope for Indy, but Pierce's market will dictate his direction. His upside and penchant for chunk yardage are attractive to teams.
Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubsplans to hit the market. Talks with Green Bay did not result in a new deal. He'll have several suitors. The Patriots, Commanders and Titans are closely watching his market, along with the 49ers. Doubs is considered by some evaluators to be the best all-around receiver in the group.
Alec Pierce, 4 years $100 million, 40 million signing bonus.
That would be great. But really don't think his numbers are going to be less than 4/ 112 / 68 gtd.. let's see.
Titans are usually where WR careers go to die. They’re more likely based on their history to overpay for Mike Evans. Why?
Vrabel's play doesn't necessary include signing a WR for more than $25M although he might try to find value for a player in that range.Either way, I feel confident the front office has a plan or they wouldn't have let Diggs walk.
From Jeremy Fowler, there’s competition, with the Chargers not explicitly named.
Also sounds like the same group are interested in Romeo Dobbs too.
NFL free agency buzz: Latest on WRs, RBs on the move
What are we hearing as NFL free agency nears? We give you the latest buzz on top players and teams that could be active.www.espn.com
I like those guys you mentioned. If they want Pierce, they need to offer 26 million or 27 million. If he lands in LA (almost said San Diego), hopefully we can land Doubs, and then draft someone like Brazell, who is bigger and faster than Pierce, it would take 31 probably because he won’t be there at 63. He might even be gone by 31. Ted Hurst & Jeff Caldwell could be available in the 3rd round, unless there is a huge run on receivers. Ja’Kobi Lane is another one, slightly slower than Pierce, but at 4.47 and 6’4” 200, is a good target. A sneaky pick would be Bryce Lance, who’s 6’3” and over 200 pounds and runs a 4.34, and a 41.5 inch vert, so pretty explosive.
If they wanted Doubs they’d just keep Diggs at whatever he was going to be paid this year. Paying guys like Doubs big money is why these teams get into trouble. If they don't get Pierce then I'm fine with drafting a WR early. I don't want Doubs, or any of the other options.
I agree, Caldwell could go fast, I could see 3 or 4 WR’s going in the 1st round, and then a run in the 2nd round. So if they want a big receiver with speed combo like Pierce, and Pierce goes elsewhere, they need to draft one of the big/fast WRs early.I like those guys you mentioned.
I may be wrong, but I can't see Caldwell going before the 4th at best, but it just takes one team to fall in love with his size/speed combo.
Sturdivant and Stribling are also names to keep an eye on.

Doubs will get what, 13-15 a year?If they wanted Doubs they’d just keep Diggs at whatever he was going to be paid this year. Paying guys like Doubs big money is why these teams get into trouble.
Someone is giving him 20. Once Pierce signs someone will be desperateDoubs will get what, 13-15 a year?
That is not #1 WR money, not even close.
That's #2 WR money nowadays.
Now if you sign him for more and think he's a number one, then you get yourself into trouble....and you should be fired!
