He's need to improve at run-blocking for sure. He's only 22 yo.Wilson doesn't even belong on the field.
He should be a pretty good center. He was overmatched at guardWilson doesn't even belong on the field.
They aren't going to give up on him before they see him playing his natural position, he's a center.Wilson doesn't even belong on the field.
It’ll be interesting to see what route they take…I have total faith in Vrabel and Co., they know what they are doing. They wouldn't have moved on from Bradbury unless they knew they could improve the position. They aren't in the business of creating holes they can't fill.
It’ll be interesting to see what route they take…
1. Will they fill the C position by moving Wilson there and then go after a LG in the draft/FA
2. Will they keep Wilson at LG and then go after Lindenbaum (spelling?) in FA
3. Will they upgrade both the LG and C positions via the draft/FA and kick Wilson to the bench
My gut tells me #1 but let’s see
The Bears are pretty familiar with Bradbury after playing against him for several years. That's a pretty good return considering we did not spend anything
I like this. You would weaken the bills but at same time have a fallback option for center and build contingency . I hope wilson pans out as a center. This could signal a signing like McGovern, who they could start at LG, but would be able to move to center if Wilson faltered. Then they would draft a guard for depth and competition,
