2026 Draft: Safety

They can't all be top-50 picks.
 
Alex Barth reported that Cory Kinnan has said that he has been told that Caleb Downs has been flagged with a couple of medical red flags including "a potentially degenerative ACL. I haven't been able to verify that but I don't subscribe to Kinnan's substack. It's not on his twitter.

You can see Lorenzo Styles' speed on his display here. And KR wasn't something I thought about but makes some sense with that speed.

Two more thoughts.

1. Only 3 missed tackles on the year.

2. At 194 lbs, he's at the lower end of ideal for safety.

He doesn't have very strong coverage grades. I think he's a backup and special teamer, not someone you expect to start.

Tackler. V good speed. Likes when they catch the ball first then react.
 
I've been mocking in the 4th. That might be too low?
