Breer: Vrabel says the Pats will approach the offseason getting younger, cheaper, & better options

Another foolish take from you.

27 is younger than 32.
29 is younger than 35.
25 is younger than 29.

You can get younger and IMPROVE. It happens all the time.
Not after your 6-6 in SBs. It's all done.
Enjoy the video tapes and the memories

Look, dude, enough with the sports cliches. There's no huge impact by anyone coming from this point forward. There's no- oh, if this or this happens or if the QB did something else or if that play changes or that scheme or if the ref has or hadn't. Or what ever. The Patriots days are all done. Are you really going to spend the next ten years watching every game as if it's going to matter going forward. 6-6 is the end of it all. The history is written.
The Patriots are now and for many years, just one of the 32 teams in the league. Nothing special or significant ever again. Certainly not in anyone's lifetime here.

I get it. You are a troll. Probably a Bills or Broncos fan troll based on when you joined the site.

If you are a Bills fan, I get it. It sucks having arguably the most talented QB in the league who is afraid of success and chokes in the biggest situations. You might win a Super Bowl someday after Allen retires and you get a QB who doesn't choke in the biggest situations.

If you are Broncos fans, good luck winning a Super Bowl with Bo Nix. He is an average QB propped by a great defense (that will likely get gutted over the next few years) and a head coach that can make QBs look far better than they really are. Everyone says the Pats wouldn't have gotten to the Super Bowl if Nix was playing in the AFCCG, the reality is the Broncos wouldn't have been in the AFCCG if Allen didn't give away the game and some questionable calls by the refs in key situations.

But I am done addressing your trolling because I am not 12.

It made them pronounced super bowl losers. It was their destiny to go 6-6 and finish the cycle. So it made them weaker in the ultimate sense.

Once again, what the **** are you talking about? Are you mentally ill?

I think the work of maintaining the cap got too daunting for him with work and his life. Plus, Over the Cap and Sportrac do the same thing he did although not in as much detail.

Ian would know better if there was anything else to it. But I don't think it had to do with anything negative in his life.

Out of respect for Ian, I will keep my remarks short. It has taken me days to come up with a response.

It hurt to read the above comments by Rob. Only the second sentence is NOT baseless speculation.

I lost my mother last year. Her death has easily been the most negative thing that ever happened in my life.

I feel I had to say something in my grief but I do not want to say anything more to people who really don't know me. If that makes sense.

Miguel, I didn't mean any disrespect. I apologize. I may have misremembered what happened.

And to be perfectly honest with you, I was talking about your website which I think you ended years ago. I did not follow you on Twitter or Bluesky or any other social media and had no idea you were still making regular updates. Once you stopped regularly doing your website and keeping it current which I thought you said it was hard to maintain due to your family and work commitments, I didn't realize you were frequently making updates anywhere else.

I wasn't speculating. This is truly what I remembered as the reason you gave why you weren't regularly updating your website and eventually ended it. And again, I just assumed you stopped regularly making updates.

I am sorry about your mother. I lost my father a couple of years ago myself. So I would never make light of your family situation.

It usually makes me suspicious when teams allow their LT to walk. I’d kick the tires on Walker I suppose but I hope they do some serious research on him.

How is what I said , trolling? No it's practical historical understanding. Its a global view of the. league and sports.

You're not 12? You're viewpoint shows nothing but basic black and white un-nuanced thinking. You think I have to be a biased fan to say this. That's ridiculous

No, I'm not the one who says "we, when talking about a team on tv. Im not the one who thinks someone else's accomplishments are mine. That's the definition of mental illness. Im actually self aware and rational. I'm a sports fan. I'm just not emotionally involved like a child. It's a entertainment business.

Lol, yeah sure. I seem to remember pointing out how significantly weak Maye was as a starting QB in SB. I wasn't wrong obviously.

Yes. You're posts are pathetically uninformed and you were WRONG. The Loss wasn't on Maye. But you ego won't allow you to accept that. Seriously. Go Troll somewhere else. You're POG.

Well, you'd be wrong. Are you a grown man? Do you understand viewpoints outside of an echo chamber? Id never name myself something 10 million other fans already do online

Maybe if you were intelligent and actually offered up a legitimate viewpoint and not trolling garbage, You wouldn't get the reactions that you do.

It's not about an echo chamber. It's about actually understanding the game. Something that you've shown that you do not have the ability to do. You're a lemming regurgitating BS.

Bradbury is better, no need to add Linderbaum. Bradbury is already under contract.
Bradbury is not better than Linderbaum. Bradbury sucks in the run game ands is mediocre in the passing game. He's responsible for the line calls and picking up twists and stunts coming into the "A" gaps. And he stinks at picking them up. In fact, I can thing of one play that he failed to keep his guy in front of Wilson so that Wilson could take over the block and Bradbury could pick up the Stunt. This led directly to a sack and people were blaming Wilson when it was Bradbury's fault.

Wilson had his issues, but Bradbury had them as well.

My teams been to 20% of the Super Bowls. That's more than your team has done. Not that you've actually said what YOUR team is. Because you're a loser who doesn't actually understand the game.

The fact that you think that the Pats are all done shows how big of a buffoon you are.

@Miguel - I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Losing a parent is never easy.

Sam, feel free to search my posts for instances where I do any of those things, you won't find any because I don't do any of those things. And actually you are mentally ill, as is anyone who sees the the world in absolutes and black and white. Getting younger and less expensive in football does not equal getting weaker or worse, and I gave you examples where they got younger, less expensive, and better. Vrabel is right, teams have to look to find younger cheaper alternatives to older more expensive players or they perish, because they live in a salary cap world that doesn't allow for everyone to be older and more expensive.

And just for the record Sam you won't do any better with your new username that Banbabybrady did with his. Your mad at the world personality will always shine through any name you come up with.

Bradbury can make the calls, but he can’t play for the two rookies on the left side. They have to improve and figure that out for themselves. Bradbury himself played very well. McDaniels has no scheme, he’s just a play caller.

Linderbaum is a jag, the guards and tackles on either side of him represent line talent on Baltimore.

They also look really good in running stats because they run a unique RPO option offense that nobody else does and Lamar is a unique running threat.

They also had the 4th highest sack percentage in the entire league, the Ravens line as a whole wasn’t that good. They look better because of scheme.

I learned yesterday that if they cut Drake Maye, they will assume a 25ish million dollar dead cap hit.

Somehow I don't think thats worth it.

Sorry for your loss Miguel..

Sorry, Wozzy, but this is one of your worst takes ever and not close to being reality.

A center doesn't go 42 straight games without giving up a sack if he's a JAG as you claim. You don't become an All-Pro if you're a JAG.
Can you even name Baltimore's guards without looking them up?

When Bradbury was signed, Run Blocking was supposed to be his forte. It clearly wasn't. He was arguably one of the worst run-blocking centers in the league. That's on him. You putting none of the blame for his crappy blocking onto Wilson is just ridiculous.
