Largely Ignored Prospects That May End Up A Patriot In April

He has good size to backup the outside CB position.

3. Will Lee, CB, TAMU - There are plenty of reasons to question this pick, his grades across the board aren't great, but he is so so physical, I can see Vrabel loving that. Lee is not afraid of a challenge.

4. Davison Igbinosun, CB, Ohio State - Ditto my post on Everette with the added temptation that until we don't, I'm betting on us taking someone from Ohio State every year.

5. Eric Mcalister, WR, TCU - He's big (6'3, 205), he's incredibly productive (71-1173-10) this year but has 762 and 873 yards the previous two years too. There are two reasons I've largely ignored him. Firstly I'm not a lover of spread/ Air raid receivers like TCUs translating to the NFL and I've seen some questions about his character. however, on a size/production/value basis it wouldn't surprise me at all.

6. WRs generally - There are any number of WRs that could be included here: Bryce Lance, Skyler Bell, Antonio Williams, Deion Burks all spring to mind.

7. Eli Stowers, TE, Vandy
Tanner Koziol, TE, Houston - I've dismissed both of these because blocking. But if you're looking for the two most productive TEs in this draft, these are them.

Well personally, I see our roster as pretty full for 2026, think this draft is more of a depth draft rather than one full of potential starters and I like the potential of the 2027 draft so I'm all in favour of acquiring picks for then. But there's some wish casting in that. If the FO thinks the window is now, I can see them stocking up on depth and finding future replacements for vets like Diggs, Henry, Davies and Hollins.

Koziol is 6-7, 250 and only Joly (someone I should have included) and Sadiq caught more TDs this year among TEs. He can't block but he's absolutely a potentially productive TE, particularly in the EZ.

Chase Roberts. Germie Bernard and Colbie Young should be added to the long list of WRs that deserve more attention.
