I have always felt the Pats D -except for 2001, never played that well in the SB. This game was a perfect example of that.

Amazing Super Bowl.

I didn't get to watch it until a couple months after the fact, and even then, knowing the outcome, I couldn't believe the Pats were able to come back.

Yes, this SB got overshadowed by 28-3 (and rightly so) but this was a pretty hopeless situation until TFB locked in.

When we were in the field, the last thing I heard from the cadre before I knocked out for the night was that Pats were down 24-14 in the 4th quarter. I remember saying to the soldier next to me "****...well...if anyone can do it, it's Tom Brady".
