Disappointed in LaCosse...not doing a very good job of blocking or catching. I was thinking that Kessler would be released once Watson is back...but now I'm fine if its LaCosse.

In nomine Patriots et Bills et Cairo Santos

With Santos pissing that game away on the Titans, the Bills are now absolutely viable playoff contenders. At 4-1, they are currently the #3 team in the AFC standings.

Is that what happens with players on exemptions by default ?

Not sure what you mean by "Exemptions by Default".

Watson started the season on the Reserve/ Suspended List. After his suspension was completed, he was moved to the Reserve / Exempt list at the request of the Patriots. That Exemption is only good for 1week. If that person isn't activated, then they are automatically released.

That is how one of the pundits explained it (Reiss?) I don't remember exactly who.. Just remembered reading it yesterday..

LaCosse was never brought in as a blocker. He is what Hollister was supposed to become. I'd be more worried if I was Izzo.

Yeah that's what I meant. So if you have an exemption and don't get activated then by default (or automatically) the player will be released.

Belichick was absolutely giddy in the post-game presser compared with last week. Happy man. Happy, happy man. I loved when he said "The defense was okay."

Your right...and its an embarrassment. I don't even see effort. And 1 catch with 4 targets ? At least Izzo caught the 2 that was thrown to him.

Following up on my earlier post about Buffalo, that team's next 3 opponents are:

Miami
Philly
Washington

So they should head into their game against the Browns (week 10/game 9) at 6-2.

Brady was just 18 yards short of passing Five Head in the all-time passing yards list for 2nd place, when he sat the rest of the game. He will be in the news all week since he passed Favre for #3 on the list.

Now he will be talked about again once he passes Mr. HGH. When did Brady become such a prima Donna?

It will be very interesting to see how the Bills do against Philly.
