No era. Straight/long. Worked in the 60's, works now. Fads usually bring regret (and photo/video evidence of bad decisions)....like fat ties or wide lapels or bell bottom jeans.

I saw someone mention in this thread that she had only taken the polygraph to discuss the first two instances, with the third (the rape) not being discussed. I'm not sure if that's accurate though, and I'm unsure where those details can be found.

Still cant see the NFL suspending him unless some smoking gun evidence comes out. To suspend someone based on he said she said in a civil suit would set bad precedence. Then what happens if the case gets dismissed or dropped?

NBA had a similar situation with Derrick rose. They decided to let the case play out in civil court and it was eventually dropped. But the nba seems to handle things better

Nope. Federal circuit court decisions are horizontally binding as well as vertically binding.

CA2 panels as well as all the district courts in the Second Circuit are bound by Brady unless and until there is an en banc CA2 decision overturning it (or SCOTUS overturning it, of course).

I think Teddy lives on the notion that Belichick cares about a player’s personal integrity and morality. AB was involved with many off the field issues over the last 2 years, and Belichick was willing to give a known rival a first round draft pick for him. Says a lot.....

I doubt it. This woman needs really solid proof. Text messages are one thing but that all goes out the window if his videos are after her alleged rape.

Those text messages that were released? If that’s all the evidence they have, this case has no legs at all. It’s ambiguous at best for her that those messages point to anything non-consensual.

If they were in settlement talks that long, there is absolutely no way Rosenhaus did not know. So either he informed the Pats or he didn’t. If he did not, he has severely trashed his credibility. If he did, the Pats are lying now.
