So sad to hear this, I was a big fan. My thoughts go out to him and his family. 43 is just way too young.

That is too bad. I don't think I ever heard a bad thing about him off the field. Seemed like a good guy.
Well, Bill threw him off the team in 01 so he wasn't the best guy in the locker room.

He was also one of the players who kept going behind Stinky Pete's back to BIG and Kraft.

He's also been arrested multiple times in Dallas.

His premature death caps off a tragic life.

Just had too many problems to overcome.

Oh I dind't mean he was a perfect person or player but i never heard of his beating hiM girlfriend or getting a bunch of DUIs or anything.

Yes he is not the best locker room guy but i don't think that counts for much really in the context of if he was a good person or not.

Edit: Seems he did and i just didn't remember. So never mind!

On the contrary, he was arrested for domestic assault in 2001 for beating up the mother of his son. He was also suspended for substance abuse and was arrested multiple times for public intoxication and operating a vehicle with marijuana and alcohol, outstanding traffic warrants, and once for stealing a rental car.

It seemed he had gotten his life together (i.e. he had not appeared in a police blotter since 2011) but, as with many fatal wrecks and given his history, it also wouldn't surprise me if alcohol was involved. He seemed to be well-liked by many people he played with, but he certainly had substance abuse issues for most of his adult life.

Sad. Terry Glenn was one of my favorites.

He was probably Drew's most frequent target through his career, considering they reunited for a year or two in Dallas.

He was arrested for DUI in Foxboro and in Dallas

Sad indeed. Peace be to his family & friends

wow.

I was just thinking about that team, the other day, with Bledsoe, Curtis Martin, Ben Coates, Terry Glenn.

Glenn is one where I always believed he should have been a superstar.

RIP. Prayers and condolences to his family and friends.

I recall that Parcells' referring (on the record) to Glenn as "she" during the 1996 season was reported at the time as part of the falling out between Kraft and the Coach. It was reported at the time that the late Myra Kraft took vocal offense at Parcells' using the feminine reference as demeaning to women (Patriots Owner Scolds Parcells). We will of course, never know, what role, if any, it played in the big picture of things.

Oh I must have forgotten that. Thanks for the reminder.
