It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Well, Bill threw him off the team in 01 so he wasn't the best guy in the locker room. That is too bad. I don't think I ever heard a bad thing about him off the field. Seemed like a good guy.

He was also one of the players who kept going behind Stinky Pete's back to BIG and Kraft.
He's also been stressed multiple times in Dallas.
His premature death caps off a tragic life.
Just had too many problems to overcome.
Oh I dind't mean he was a perfect person or player but i never heard of his beating his girlfriend or getting a bunch of DUIs or anything.
Yes he is not the best locker room guy but i don't think that counts for much really in the context of if he was a good person or not.

On the contrary, he was arrested for domestic assault in 2001 for beating up the mother of his son. He was also suspended for substance abuse and was arrested multiple times for public intoxication and operating a vehicle with marijuana and alcohol, outstanding traffic warrants, and once for stealing a rental car.
It seemed he had gotten his life together (i.e. he had not appeared in a police blotter since 2011) but, as with many fatal wrecks and given his history, it also wouldn't surprise me if alcohol was involved. He seemed to be well-liked by many people he played with, but he certainly had substance abuse issues for most of his adult life.
