thanks for the reminder....i had forgotten that after going 18-0, we lost in the SB, by a field goal, after having the game pretty much won, because of one fluke play

the memories are great though, thanks for resurfacing them

on a side note....i would doubt the players would really care about meeting bush....they can see the next guy (or girl) who takes the office

The way I look at it, is that 30 other teams would have traded places with us in a heartbeat.

Why should it have been you? What evidence fo you have that you "should" have beaten the Pats even if 100% healthy? The fact that you were spanked by them earlier in the season or that you lost in the AFCCG the year before too?
