WARNING - SPYGATE New Tomase Swill [merged]

The latest at the Herald site (no link given intentionally) has Tomase reporting that Walsh's lawyer confirms that he has "videotapes" but you wont see them unless you agree to his indemnity formula. To give him credit, Thomase at least tries to be fair and balanced by quoting the NFL's lawyers who say "anyone who will not agree to be truthful does not deserve immunity".

Nice try Curly but you are going down along with your pet c*ckroach. And BTW, the next time Walsh's lawyer calls you with a "scoop", could you please ask him howe he came to represent his client and who is paying for it?

Tomase doesn't have a new article or blog entry on the subject. The most recent article Tomase's put forth is from the 19th, and it was basically just a recycle of previous articles from the 18th and so on...please stop recycling threads on spygate!!!

Incidently, Walsh and his attorney look like complete jokes right now. He claimed the leagues indemnification offer didn't go far enough, and that's a complete joke. Basically the league told Walsh they will protect him, only if he tell the truth and returns anything he took improperly. If that's not going far enough for him, than it would seem pretty obvious to me that Walsh is worried about his truthfulness being called into question, and the potential result of such challenges....

The only interesting thing about the battling indemnities is that the NFL's says "be truthful" and Levy's says "in good faith be truthful". And in my official role as internet lawyer that "in good faith" is a clause big enough to drive a dump truck through!

I just looked at the blog and don't see any new spygate post. Its not the "latest" as far as I can see, there are at least 4 new posts about other topics since the last spygate post two days ago. And that just rehashes old information. Its from February 18th. So, I don't see what "new" Tomase swill you are referring to.
