Sometimes it's coaches like Vrabel that humble players like Pickens. If the staff made a push for him, I'd trust that they had a plan in place for them to keep their head down.

When the doctor asked how she burned the other side of her face, she said the people called back. That's Pickens. He just doesn't learn. I don't think you can coach this out of him. It's who he is; a knucklehead.
