I remember watching those two NFCCGs and rooting for the 49ers both times... I also remember his broadcasting career of course, though just the football part of it, not as much the golf part. One of the earlier former players who also sounded smooth at the mike...

Does new Dolphins GM Jon-Eric Sullivan realize that his team also plays outdoors?

Snark aside, over the last 4 seasons, the Dolphins traveled to NY/NE/Buffalo at least once in the first 5 weeks of the season. So that’s 1 of 3 division road games before the temperature significantly drops. Plus, Miami has a weather advantage in home games played in September. If the Dolphins can construct a team that can consistently win at home and be decent on the road, they won’t have to worry about winning in New England or New York in December.

The Browns haven't settled on a head coach for the 2026 season, so it's unclear if Shedeur Sanders will remain the team's starting quarterback after a seven-game audition for the role to close out his rookie year.

Yup, and Jim Schwartz is upset and is now trying to get out of his DC contract with the Browns next year. Will be interesting to see how that works out.
