I can’t lie, it’s been one hell of a coaching job by Shanahan this year. With that many significant injuries, weirdo players, playing in the toughest division etc..for them to be 11-4 & still capable of getting the #1 is impressive. Plus, the SB is in their home stadium which would be cool. However, they don’t have enough playmakers on defense to beat the best teams in the playoffs IMHO..and they better pray CMC continues to stay relatively healthy.

Yeah, absolutely. We’re talking about a 2x MVP who’s 28 years old. To be completely honest, 2 first rounders is pretty tame for a talent of his caliber. I wouldn’t do it, as we obviously have the baby goat, but somebody certainly will. This ain’t Tua we’re talking about…

I agree in terms of his achievements, but he looks broken, and there are serious questions about his commitment. Both are enough to bring his worth into question,

Yep. They look really good right now. Saleh has solidified himself as a legit DC and he's done a great job with all the injuries. I was not high on them going into the season, but they've been my pick for the last few weeks to steal the #1 away. They should be able to take care of Chicago and Seattle at home.

Today, I randomly thought about Damiere Byrd. The WR we had during the 2020 season. He played well for us that year, considering our situation. My god, we’ve come a long way out of the trenches.

Someone would definitely pay it, hell the Colts gave 2 1sts for Sauce.
If someone one does however, they will regret if they think he will bring a SB, it's never going to happen for Lamar.
Now if you're a downtrodden franchise and just need to fill seats and bring some excitement, then 2 1sts would make sense in that regard.

I posted that because I’m currently watching the Divisional 2019-2020 game AKA Brady’s last game as a Patriot. We moved the ball throughout the entire first half, but couldn’t capitalize in the red zone; especially that time late in the second quarter when we had first & goal. Receivers couldn’t get any separation (nothing we don’t already know). It was all Brady’s elite processing & our RBs that kept it competitive. Couldn’t stop the run..

This absolutely makes sense, although given their pick in 26' it would probably be just a first and 27' 2nd. I can see the Raiders passing on this years rookie QB's for Jackson. They have always had a " win now" mentality, they just don't win.

I have no idea how Joel Schoen has kept his job. Watching him let Saquon walk would have had me fire him on the spot.

To be fair, nobody can foretell certain circumstances regarding injuries, teams not living up to expectations etc…but regardless, this slate of games are atrocious today.
