SAS is an unhinged narcissist. First off Cam has been doing everything he could to discredit Drake Maye which kind of sucks because Maye grew up idolizing him but the dumber thing is Maye’s “I don’t know what show they’re on” comment wasn’t that bad in context. Somehow Stephen A spun this into an attack on sports media and disloyalty to athletes or something.

No one has done more damage to the sports media landscape than Stephen A Smith.

On the positive side, everyone hates us again so it is good to be back.

Drake should reply to Stephen A. with "Who are you dude?" so we can see his head explode.

sb1 is over in the Bill mega thread performing a public display of felatio on Jim Rome. Gonna be funny to see him come in here and start making fun of Stephen A.

The sports media has an inflated sense of self importance. All the shows blend into one. It is just a bunch of has been jackasses yelling at one another.

Some of this becomes formulaic in today's media environment

SAS is irrelevant but knows if he gets into a tiff with Maye when everyone else is having a love fest with his talent and humility, then you become somewhat relevant for your irrelevancy,

In otherwords SAS knows the easiest way to get love from Patriots haters is to hate on the Patriots.

It's kindof like that one NYC reporter who predicts the Jets make the playoffs each season. He knows there's a 99% chance he'll be wrong but everyone will forget the insane prediction.

But in the 1% chance he's right he'll crow about it for the rest of his life.

I honestly didn't know what show Cam was on either. People don't watch ESPN like they used to. And who's the blonde sharmuta?
SAS is a smart, articulate and well versed in sports guy. He makes 21 million from ESPN to do EXACTLY what he does.. that is why they pay him..

Don't know why people get up in arms about whatever these guys say.. as a fan.. I actually like when pundits pick against the patiots.. I like when teams with inferior QBs are propped us over us.. I rather us be under estimated.. with all the social media availability and coverage players hear and see everything.. remember Jules driving in his car listening to 98.5 in his documentary?

Reminds me of the Brady years...

@sb1 @signbabybrady @Wozzy

Can we all just get along..

An NFL player doesn't watch ESPN shows oh noes that's horrible lol

They are desperately looking for reasons to hate us, wow

Also, SAS complaining about Maye not knowing his show literally gives him content to talk about on his show. They are trying to fill up time. If it generates more content down the road, all the better.
