While that is totally on-brand for you, I actually agree.

Still look at this as an easy w but this Might make this game a little tougher. Sometimes the interim hc comes in and provides a temporary spark before they come back down to earth
First they have to name the interim HC. As of a few minutes ago that was still forthcoming…

Turns out Sauce actually sucks now, and Wilson checked out mentally a couple weeks ago.
At least they both got paid, I guess.

Ever notice it's always the Jets, Cleveland and Tennessee at the top of the draft? They could have 100 first round picks and it wouldn't make a difference.

Sauce has been overrated for the last couple of years. People excused it last year because they came up with the narrative that he didn't want to tackle people in a contract year.

And as for Garrett Wilson:

Personally, if I was Wilson, I would have demanded a trade the second they signed Justin Fields. Dan Orlovsky calls it here.

McDaniels will have options, God I Hope he stays here.
Really there's no Generational Talent coming out @ QB. Like my Granny use to say: "He ain't going nowhere!"

unstable ownership

No one's asking the real question.

Who the hell wants that job?
I was wondering what if the delay in announcing the interim HC is because nobody will take the job?

What would they do if they tried to appoint the OC or DC and got turned down? Would they then fire the coordinator too? That would really look great for management wouldn’t it?

Sauce was always overrated in my opinion just like the S. Kyle Hamilton in Baltimore.. a (healthy )gonzo and surtain are two best CBs in the league.

First it doesn't matter who the chose as interim HC, if he isn't in the building already he won't have any impact on THIS game. The game plans that the Pats will face are being worked on today probably by the OC and DC and their staffs just like they would if there were a HC.

Personally, I hope they go off script and hire John Gruden. He'd make the league infinitely more interesting and is as anti-Goodell as they come.

Bottom line, I'm not afraid of any "HC firing bump". This is a bad team perhaps the worst roster in the league and a rookie QB and even if they have best DT in the league they are not going to beat the Pats next Sunday. They will likely play hard, no doubt, but even a B- game should be enough to go home 5-2 and get ready to get into the meat of our schedule with the "preseason" over.

Terrible timing. Teams always play hard for the new coaches first game. Revenge might not happen for Vrabel. Cam Ward can play.

Remember that Bill Callahan is on the staff, and still there at this point to my knowledge. He ain’t taking the job, and the other coordinators may feel loyalty to him and refuse the job too. Very bad situation the Titans have gotten themselves into. This really should have been a bye week thing.

Fortunately, no one else can.

Belichick's not taking that job.

Mike McCarthy might, I guess that wouldn't be a terrible hire for them.

I mean, if it's not McCarthy, you're looking for Adam Gase or Rex Ryan or someone.
I wondered how quickly they’d get it fixed. When I saw it the three choices were Nagy, Mike McCarthy, and Mike McCarthy. With some word salad that suggested the third might be Belichick. Figured even if they got it fixed either way would be great for lulz.
