I think you can, by his mastering the offense more securely, getting footwork squared away so you are in a position to throw when an opportunity arises. Part of the reason Brady was so great was that he worked relentlessly on such stuff, kind of automating good habits so he had the headspace to think clearly and quickly, undistracted by thinking about his feet or trying to remember what Josh said last week.
He could be simply incapable of figuring it out, but it's too early to conclude that.
