Blathering his nonsense as intelligent analysis.

Dude is a clown.
I have a ton of respect for SS as a player but his analysis is and always has been a joke. Why any network ever paid him a dime is beyond me.

As for this case, that settlement speaks for itself

Sure…. and this is an ambiguous slippery slope.

I didn’t dive too deep into this case, so maybe I missed some evidence that proves this ^ happened. But on the surface level this looks like a money grab from a slighted ex.

It is absolutely money grab. Money tops Justice. Otherwise she would have had him prosecuted.

So, Two things can be true at the same time.

I feel no bonds of "red pill brotherhood" with shannon sharpe just because hes a guy and shes obviously after just money... its a bad look to settle a sexual assault allegation for 8 figures... you reap what you sow...

I mean, when this started he was negotiating a 100 million dollar deal for his podcast. Any lawyer worth a damn would tell him to settle and make this go away for the sake of the deal. The deal fell through anyway.

I hated Sharpe when he was playing, loud mouth, hated him afterwards as a media personality… a clear Patriots hater. But I think he got bad legal advice, his willy and freaky ways cost him.

She would have had a difficult time prosecuting him with an excess of consensual messages and history between the two. The money was always the endgame, bad PR was her best weapon.

I dont disagree with what you are saying but keep in mind the threshold to meet in a criminal trail for a conviction is beyond a reasonable doubt. If I had to put that on a scale of 0-100% it should be north of 90%. In a civil suit it is the preponderance of the evidence. Which is often considered the 51% rule. But again I also am betting this was money driven and sadly its the easier to prove, although going to jail would be worse.

Yeah, logical.

But I'm going to take any shot I can take at him.

GUILTY!

Lol.....I cant stand to listen to him talk, I feel like I lose brain cells. Good thing he could catch a football otherwise I would be saying I will have the #4 supersized with a sweet tea.

Quick someone call the national guard, they are killing his career.
