Henderson was the 30th ranked player on the board I'm looking at - that's a 1st round grade at pick 38.

And can block and doesn’t fumble.

How did he last so long?

Honestly, I think Henderson is the first time we selected one of my “Binkies” in probably 10 years or more. I’m stocked. Finally I feel like all the pre draft film I watch wasn’t a big waste of time.

I believe the pro comp will be Gibbs in terms of top end speed. Let's hope he ends up somewhere close.

Feels like Henderson's pass catching ability and pass protection prowess was a big factor in this pick. A faster James White? Yes please.

Grew up in NE, live in Cleveland. Saw all Henderson's games this year and was hoping for this. He's not the workhorse back, but think Kevin Faulk, Shane Vereen and James White. He can catch and he blocks. Pass protection just got better, besides additions to the line.

Curious if Stevenson becomes a trade candidate.

No you need at least 2 guys. The days of RB carrying the ball 25-30 times a game have been over for a decade. Stevenson, Henderson, Gibson as the 3rd down back though both Henderson and Stevenson CAN catch the ball and an injury replacement and that is a pretty good RB room for Drake.

Now GET me that edge guy

Missing out on WR Higgens probably pushed them to go a different route. And Henderson is an explosive RB, can be a FASTER James White.

Let's not pigeonhole Henderson as a third down back.

There's a non-zero chance he wins the job out if camp, and Gibson goes back to third down back
