If Diggs knee is close to being fully healed and he plays to his capability, his signing has the potential to tectonically shift the Offense.

Wouldn't mind following the Diggs signing with Tyler Lockett. A couple of solid veterans in the WR room should help the development of Baker and Polk, and potentially, Travis Hunter. The rest of the draft can be used to strengthen the OL (yes Josh Simmons, I'm looking at a trade into R1 to get you).

This will improve the Patriots simply because it means we won't have to play against Stefon Diggs.

I don't think he's ever had a bad game against us.

I like that it’s 3 years, because if he’s average this year, he may be 100% in year 2 and 3 after last years injury. That being said, there have been receivers that were 100% after blowing out their ACLs, for instance Edelman. Hopefully we get 8-12 games out in him this year.

I have to process this in my mind though. That’s a HUGE contract for a player coming off an ACL tear who will turn 32 in November. Honestly, I feel like it’s a panic signing. But I guess they had to do it. It’s also obvious to me that they will be going Oline in the 1st round now. I think with the Giant signing Wilson, their pick will possibly be Hunter. I’m guessing the 1st three picks will be Ward, Carter & then Hunter

I'm betting that the 3rd year is a dummy year....no or little guaranteed money that let them dump him.

If we get one good year out of him we'll be lucky.

Unfortunately, with the Giants signing Russell Wilson, we will miss out on Hunter. Unless we trade up. Would love to see Hunter and Diggs together though.

Im a big bourne fan but i think so too unless mack hollins is also on the bubble. Gotta figure diggs, boutte, douglas, polk are locks. They might draft someone high who would be a lock. Hollins and baker probably have a better chance to make the roster too

What an excellent approach to Vrabel's first off-season. Not perfect but aggressively adding talent all over. Still a few holes to fill but hard to argue this team isn't better than it was in January.
