All depends on if Barmore is coming back, but the Patriots have to invest in their front 7 regardless. If you told me in 2 years that only Keion and Anfernee remain from Godchaux, Barmore, Wise, Ekuale, Tavai, Bentley and Takitaki, I would say that is NOT surprising.

So, you can take Deandre Hopkins, JuJu S-S, Hollwood Brown and Xavier Worthy, but they don't make a difference if your OL has been totally collapsed by a marauding line.

sweat was on my want list for a while, im fearing he may be very difficult to obtain now.

Who else is worth big bucks at edge? I was also interested in reddick his value might be lower after a down season among the jets dysfunction. But his production prior to this year is impressive. Mack and Lawrence are on alot of the lists but really getting up there in age

People won't like this, but Mack Hollins started 16 games and had 57 catches for 690 yards in 2022 for the Raiders while McDaniels was there. He has prototypical X receiver size, which we don't have anyone on the roster with. Not suggesting he's any sort of long term solution, but if they don't land their top targets and would rather invest their money into guys they like more at other positions, I could see him be a round out the depth chart type of signing for us this offseason.

The problem with players like this, as Osborne demonstrated, it’s that they can produce as a 3rd or 4th option, but when you make them a 1 or a 2 they suck. Now most teams wouldn’t be in the position to have to do that, but unfortunately until the Patriots get a 1 and a 2 that’s where they have been at.

I feel it's more an Oline continuity. If that improves the wide receivers and play calling will improve. Wide receiver is not that big an issue with Maye. We need decent olinemen and 3 seconds for Maye and some QB designed run plays and a solid running back who can block as safety valve . Wide receiver will take care of itself.

Rham I hope has a rebound year. He better do else he is on the street in 2026.

Milton is horrible against the run. He's a good pass rush specialist, but not a 3 down player.

I'd rather have Bobby Brown, Naquan Jones or the kid from Detroit.
