As I predicted.. eagle's ferocious pass rush had heat all day on Mahomes... what happened to the "great Chiefs OL" .. Mcduffie isn't an all-pro... I remember when we used to terrorize QBs with rushing 4...

I agree but when you have the opportunity to 3peat in the SB and you basically get blown out, that's a Choke in my book.

Chiefs had been playing with fire all season.. it finally caught up with them.. the game was over after kick off in my opinion.. that eagles team re-loaded and came back stronger. I've felt all season Mahomes isn't the same guy he was say 2- 3 seasons ago.. I think he's been dealing with undisclosed injuries all year. Watching the eagles pass rush further cements the direction we need to take that is beefing up the line of scrimmage. Meaning taking Graham or Carter or whoever at #4.. and adding Deebo or kupp at WR. Just my opinion..

That game wasn’t very good. Over before halftime. And even the halftime show sucked. Congrats Eagles. A great victory, but won’t be a well remembered Super Bowl.

They both were in the Super Bowl two years earlier ( though the Pats won in 2001) and had a disappointing next season and started the next one 2-2 and people wondered what was going on. Both teams caught fire, Pats going 15-0 and Eagles going 15-1 with their only loss when Hurts got knocked out with a concussion.
Thank the GM Howie Roseman for this one. He has knocked it out of the park with his recent drafts, Carter,Mitchell, DeJean etc... and he built it from the lines out.

Absolutely agree with you. I'll say dejean is a heady player and fangio puts him in positions of strength so he doesn't get exposed as he's not an outside guy and he has a ferocious front 7 to play behind.

The eagles should have by now made it clear to the Patriots that the line of scrimmage is what this draft and off season should be all about. Our OL and DL is the priority. Roseman did this the past few drafts and it's paid dividends. I have the Ultimate confidence Vrabel is taking this approach.

ChiRefs DC was so worried about Barkley he left his secondary exposed... By the time adjustments were made, the game was already out of hand...

The Eagles offensive line dominance was the biggest difference between the two teams.

Those receivers the eagles have made catches the patriots trailer trash WRs could only dream of making.

I was flying back from Cancun yesterday during the game and I was going to boycott it, because of the way the officials carried the Chiefs to the#1 seed. But this was amazing. Just a delicious Superbowl. The eagles just showed how much the chiefs did not deserve to even sniff this game.

The eagles knew the only way they win is if they make the score so lopsided and beat them down so thoroughly that the refs become a non factor and that is exactly what theu did. Go eagles **** those queefs

The Chiefs are in 2009 pats territory. They’ll need to knock it out of the park drafting late in the first round. The bills roster is even worse. The pats can close the gap significantly with the AFC contenders IMO.

Good post. And you are right, this is where it gets difficult for the Chiefs and Mahomes. They have their 3 Lombardi’s with the dynasty team they built, but now Mahomes will carry on but they have to build another Dynasty team around him. And drafting late, losing really good players to free agency and retirements, as well as the coaching staff getting plundered and retiring will all make it exceedingly difficult to do that. They will continue to be a contender, but will they have enough to overcome the challenges they will be facing? This is going to get very interesting.
