2025 Senior Bowl

Senior Bowl. I liked Jack Bech, So I pair him with Chisum III at WR. I know, most of you are gagging. Sorry. Liked Landon Jackson at LB. Like the Shrine game, there were some attractive DL. Savion Jones from LSU was unstoppable, don't know if he's that good or the opponents were that bad. There was another DL from Central Arkansas, don't remember his name, that had some inside quickness.

One thing that irritates me about the all-star games, is the guys that show up and take practice reps and then sit out the game. I don't think that's right.

The Central Arkansas DL is David Walker. Undersized buy very productive and did very well in the practices.

I agree, it must be really frustrating to those that put their all into being there. Whilst others just do a bit then bugger off.

In the same way I’d hate it as a Giants or Titans fan to reach for Ward or Sanders, I hate the idea of reaching for an OT to by-pass better players. This draft just doesn’t have decent enough tackles, and those that are potentially competent are being pushed up too far for scarcity reasons.

The priority in free agency must be to try and sign a Stanley, Robinson, or Jackson. Then I’d probably pass on OT on days 1 and 2. There ‘s no point just drafting a body. Would rather use a pick on one of these excellent interior guys. Imagine if we drafted Graham at 4 to beef up the defensive line, and then we had Stanley and Zabel at LT and LG after picking him at 38. Alongside Andrews and Onwenu, the o-line starts to look competent again. This is a deep pass rusher class and we should be able to find one in the early 3rd.

I'm still in the Will Campbell camp. Daniel Jeramiah is convinced he's a tackle regardless of arm length. Love his makeup.

Graham is the Stay-Puff marshmallow man.

Jim Nagy says the depth in this year's draft is very good especially rounds 2-4. He says the o line class isn't as bad as first thought.

From what I have read, a lot of the coaches look at the reps taken during the week as much more important than the actual game, which might be why some guys handle it like a pro day.

I've seen enough tape of Campbell getting beat to keep him off my board.

Tackle needs to be their priority. Get 2 in free agency and move Onwenu back to Guard and Strange to Center.

Campbell’s numbers

- 38 games played all at LT, all starts.
- 2,546 snaps at LT
- 1,593 pass plays
- 3 sacks allowed (0.2%), so about 1 sack allowed every 500 pass plays, roughly 1 every 10 games
- Averages 1 - 2 hurries or hits allowed per game.

This is against SEC competition, plus one against FSU going against Jared Verse (DROY this year, got no sacks against Campbell), plus a game against USC. So he went up against first round picks Will Anderson, Verse, Nolan Smith, Dallas Turner, Darius Robinson, and this year projected high picks Scourton, Shamar Stewart, Mikel Williams, James Pearce, and Jalen Walker.

Now show me who in this draft has better on field numbers at LT.

To each his own but I’d keep him on my board unless his arms are in fact <33”.

This is 100% correct. Robinson (2nd year) or J Andrews at LG, Strange at C, and Onwenu at RG. Sign two FA tackles, LT and RT.

Scar said awhile back that arm length is over rated for an OT and I am agreeing with him. Arm length should be used as a tie break not make or break at a position.

Neither Laydown Robinson nor Jake the Latest Fake is a starting-caliber LG in the NFL.

His mental make-up is the one thing keeping him on my board. I could see Vrabel liking his leadership and character. Still would rather see him at LG though. Too much shaky film at LT.

Yes, he did. Bernhard Raimann has 32 7/8” arms and is a starting nfl LT.
Gadsden II have a good Tape.

He has been oft injured. But he was such a big play, crunch time performer. He won multiple games with electrifying catches. The Purdue game at the end of the video is one. Easily overlooked player.

Gadsden II can easily make people rue not drafting him.

He's the top G on my board. Name the last true guard that got selected in the top 10?
