Article says Caley wiill have options including staying with the Rams.
I wonder if we are one of those options.
Dam I think Nick Caley is choosing that Jets Offense over ours.

We will see he could also end up being the hire here, or he was never on Vrabel radar at all.

Thinking more belichick refusing to give him the OC title.
He walked right after RK gave Boot licker the job. Even he saw the clown show before us.

Mike martz called Johnson a once in a generation coach.
That’s fine, I’m referring to the McCaskeys ability to screw up a free lunch. Johnson could be great but da bears will inevitably find a way to turn it to ****. If you’re being sarcastic about Mike Martz then never mind lol

I take anything Martz says with a grain of salt.

Quite frankly I thought Johnson tried to be too much of a smarty pants....just like Martz. Hopefully he'll learn sometimes being conventional and conservative can work as well like running Gibbs until his legs fall off.

He’s not. Love the JJ has a tendency to go for every hot name every time there is an opening anywhere.

Johnson takes the Bears job. We better hear that the Pats didn't want him and not the other way around. He's not going to last in Chicago. The Pats job was the best one available.

Weren't we sold on Vrabel in part because he/they would then be able to form a staff earlier than others teams who have hired or will hire new HCs themselves..?

No. We were sold on Vrabel because he's experienced in being a HC.

It's Jan 21st. There are still four teams in the playoffs.

Ben Johnson seems to be putting a very good staff together. I wanted Vrabel and McD here but I am still interested in Johnson as a HC

Glad he’s in the NFC
