#1 pick or Mayo ?

Because Will Johnson is a better pure CB than Henry and Egbuka (if he checks-out medically) is a better pure WR than Henry. Better to trade down and acquire more talent, as we need more talent than just one player (who I suspect could be a huge bust, even more so if taken #1 overall). I don't want Henry (and I'm not alone on this). We can politely agree to disagree on this.
Are you guys talking about Travis Hunter?

Schefter saying Pats for sure will be top 3… I thought it was top 4 but guess I’m wrong.
He’s wrong
Cleveland won today
If we win and Tenn and Giants lose we are #4
Edit Cleveland lost today

Cleveland won today

If by "Cleveland won' you mean they did the sensible thing for their draft position and took their beating then yes, Cleveland did indeed win today. They'll 'win' even more if the Pats aren't smart enough to do the same thing tomorrow

Yogi Berra once approached a reporter and chewed him out because the reporter reported that Berra went 3 for 4 when Yogi really went 4 for 4
The reporter said it was a Typographical error in which Berra responded “BS it was a hard single to right”
Cleveland lost
I made a typographical error

You can have your choice. Lose the number one pick and drop to 4 or fire Mayo, Covington and crew. What would you do?

C) Forfeit 1st round pick but get Wyk Grousbeck as the new owner, willing to spend more gobs of Daddy's money like a drunken sailor on shore leave

Lose the 1st pick and keep Mayo. It might be crazy enough to work.

I thought you might've been making a clever inference as to what 'winning' was in Cleveland's situation. Given that the Pats will be in a similar position tomorrow. The Pats need to Zappe themselves tomorrow or to paraphrase the immortal Yogi, 'Their future ain't what it used to be'

Anytime you can work in a Yogi-ism is the right time

Your options don’t make sense

Option A) Lose the #1 pick, keep Mayo

Option B) Keep the #1 pick, fire Mayo

Who in their right mind would EVER pick option A
As Johnny Ringo once said…

Is there any way we
The Pat's are winning tomorrow.

Picking 4th

Keeping Mayo.

Why? Kraft is trying to get into the HOF and how would it look of he tanked just to pick # 1?

The marrative that Kradt coukd have picked # 1, but thinks too much of the NFL shield to tarnish it for his teams gain is a much better sell for the HOF.

Or the best outcome happens, we just stink it up like the chargers game and lose to the bills backups. Retain the number 1 pick, and firing Mayo is a no brainier. Only downside to that outcome is, it makes signing FA, even a little harder.

To their credit, they have a lot more experience losing for the top pick.

Maye is playing the whole game.

A win looks good on paper too. Its what stupid franchises do. Like letting Brady leave for another team.

Fire Mayo and his staff. They can get Graham, Carter, or Campbell at #4, they can’t allow the Mayo experiment to continue. Kraft needs to man up and fix what he broke.
Campbell probably doesn't crack the top 20 in last year's draft. He would be a horrible pick at #4. He is more of a G than a LT.

The last time we took a guy in the first to be a LT who projected more as a G didnt exactly pan out.

He’s not my top option either, but if the best players Hunter, Graham, and Carter are gone I would consider him.

We understand.

1) #1 pick and keep Mayo.

2) #4 pick and fire Mayo.

The team has decided. Of course, Buffalo had no intention of allowing us to lose.

No you take WR Tet McMillan there if Campbell doesn't check the boxes.
