Hire a GM let them pick their Coach .
He isn’t watching periodMeanwhile Maye is able to talk about the rush on it, or about how he might’ve had Boutte on a crosser when he got his bell rung. It’s like Mayo isn’t watching with any intensity.
Jon Gruden still wants to coach again
It's been nearly three years since Jon Gruden's NFL coaching career ended, abruptly and unceremoniously after the systemic and selective release of items from the 650,000 document trove harvested during the investigation of the Washington franchise.www.nbcsports.com
“Yeah, I’m interested in coaching,” Gruden told CBSSports.com. “My dad was a college coach, I was a college coach at Pitt, my wife was a cheerleader at Tennessee when I met her. Hell yeah, I’m interested in coaching. I know I can help a team, I know I can help young players get better, and I know I can hire a good staff, and that’s the only thing I can guarantee. But yeah, I’m very interested in coaching at any level, period.”
Yep. That is exactly what happened with Tim Couch and David Carr. It can also happen to Maye.
Right now Mac Jones looked a lot better at this point in his career than Maye does and there’s a reason for that.
Izbulla have nothing on Mayo.Mayo wooing Kraft in 2019 is easily the biggest war crime involving Israel in the last 5 years.
With Mayo as head coach and Wolf as GM going into next season, this team will be viewed as the laughingstock and doormat of the NFL. No UFA or coaching assistant will want to come here without absurd overpays.
The reputation of teh franchise now is in the tank.
By firing Mayo and his staff and Wolf and bringing in qualified and experienced leaders and player personnel evaluators, it will be a good first step
Kraft will be able to understand this. I do not believe he is willing to see his franchise lose significant value
great. It’s time to go rogue, not PCNope, Gruden is not PC and does not check any boxes
No, because that's just idiotic for a team still trying to clinch the best possible seed in the playoffs.
Does anyone know if the value of the franchise has gone down? I wouldn’t be surprised if it has by a lot.I do not believe Kraft is willing to see his franchise lose significant value
Everyone knows there is zero chance the league wouldn’t let KC not get HFA in the playoffs
Maybe “a lot better” is stretching it but Jones had a 90+ rating after his first 8 games along with 4 wins and wasn’t nearly as turnover prone. Point is he was in a far superior situation and there have been high ceiling QBs in the past who were ruined by being part of dumpster fire teams. Maye won’t be immune to that. They gotta fix it now. It's revisionist history. Mac looked like absolute ass after his first 8 games.
