As bad as Polk has been…

On a lighter note. Imagine if brady had a healthy T. Glenn here for a majority of the early dynasty years. I feel like the connection with TB12 and T. Glenn could have been electric.
I was so pissed when Bill suspended Glenn for the season. The offense would’ve been a lot better with him on the field. It says he played 4 games, but only recall him playing against the Chargers. I don’t know where the rest of his yards came from that season aside from the Chargers game.
Yep, if Kraft hadn't screwed Glenn out of millions he would have been Brady’s Marvin Harrison
Yep, Kraft was at it again. This makes sense now with the rumor Shannon Sharpe said that AB told him he was released so the Pats didn’t have to pay him after the allegations came out.

Yes. I know he was skipping practices and meetings. So that likely had alot to do with it. It's just a shame because brady as he was ascending would have been excellent with him. Imagine having branch, givens ,brown and Glenn. Branch and Glenn on the outside.

Dobson actually had a pretty solid rookie season here. He developed a good chemistry with brady as rookie. Injuries are what did him in.. he became injured alot and ultimately out the league.
Keenan Allen was the perfect perfect fit in New England with his toughness, elite route running, separation, athleticism, YAC, and great hands. Exponentially better than Dobson

Can you even imagine how much people would have *****ed if they took Boldin with his 4.7 40. People would literally melt and complain worse than they are about Polk. That is the specialty of this fan base, we complain so good.
That would have been soon forgotten when he started putting up 1300 yard seasons.

Bill just couldn't, or wouldn't, draft stud or stud-like WR's. He lucked out with Edelman. Malcolm Mitchell could have been special had his knee not been trashed when he was drafted.

Yup, I remember that being a concern during the draft, but was quickly forgotten as he made noise very quickly in camp and preseason.

Although his views changed over the years( e.g. you don’t draft guards until 4th round) Belichick generally believed that the closer a player was to the ball the more important they were, and that affected his drafting and free agent decisions, as well as compensation.

Adoni Mitchell had a very good game Today...Polk did too technically he caught a TD.

Caleb Williams clearly sucks, the Bears should cut him and trade for Justin Fields
A redraft would be interesting now, wouldn’t it?

Think the Bears still take Williams?

My biggest concerns with Williams was his make up, and that seems to be emerging.

A redraft might have Daniels go #1 and then Maye #2.

I was actually a bit concerned that Williams slid to #3, and then what would the Pats have done?

It isn’t just McConkey’s on field ability that I liked.

He seemed like an Edelman-type driven personality.

What is THAT worth to building a team culture?
Can you imagine we could have had Perkins AND McConkey as young members of our receiving corps catching passes from D Maye this afternoon for the price of selecting them with our own draft picks (and the “Popcorn Maker” Javon Baker). Sleep well……

It's George Pickens not Perkins.

I think we have to sit back and remember this is a rebuilding team with all new everything with a rookie QB.. I'm still waiting for a baker sigh t on the feild.. I don't know why he's active if he doesn't play

At least he's Active Real: they see something his time will come. Right now we have some solid #3's in Pop and Boutte. I would go all out for Adams in FA just to elevate the bunch. Yeah I know he's older imagine Maye with a guy of his caliber for Two years. I would even take a flier on the injured Stephon Diggs in FA we need a Real #2 not necessarily a #1.

The guy I want is Wilson.. and Rodgers in IMO PF2 won't be there next season.. if we can pry Wilson in FA when he's available then that would be huge! NYJ will be back in the QB hunt next season. I agree PF2. That's why it's frustrating when polk and baker should be showing more they have all the opportunities to do so.
