Judon has done nothing and I mean nothing since getting traded. I agree losing Barmore and Bentley do hurt but just watching the game the coaches do no in game adjustments and for several weeks now have failed to improve upon just how bad the run defense is. The team is not full of pro bowlers and they cant coach them up enough to help. Mayo is lost its obvious, listen to his comments. The guy plays checkers when we need someone who plays chess.

I taught martial arts for many years. When people came in they wanted to see me move and how good I was but I told them don't watch me, watch all the students in class. You can be naturally good at something ( Mayo @ LB) and not be a good teacher. A good teacher is reflected by how good the students are.

I mean, this team looked pretty solid to start the year but the Derek Carr injury really derailed things. Then they started getting hit with WR injuries too.

Mayo has his QB playing and it still looks like crap, not sure what his excuse is. Barmore and Bentley being hurt? They're important players but it doesn't lead to a product THIS bad.

Mayo's excuse is that he's a first year HC, is QB is still a rookie and working out kinks, has zero real WR talent, a line that isn't reliable, an injured to hell defense, and the team is 100% in rebuild mode right now.

Allen was in year 3 and the team went from middle of the pack to completely falling apart this year and this is probably the very start of a long rebuild for a team that kept mortgaging the future for years and kicking the can down the road.

There's really no comparison. No NFL executive thought the Patriots were going to be anything but a botton tier team this year. These are the results that were essentially expected.

I told PatsFan2 the same thing... the organization knew something is why he didn't get the contract he wanted and still isn't with a new contract. Judon would have been better staying here.

Why would any organization get rid of a coach in the middle of the season when they can't run a search for a new one until the season is over?
