This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.
At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.
Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.
This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.
If you do you will have your account suspended.
I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.
It's weird because some teams still treat it like game 3 has traditionally been treated (the "dress rehearsal" game) but other teams now treat it as the "sit everyone but the guys we're cutting tomorrow" game because it's the final game. There does not seem to be a consensus view.
I was a hoops player so we risked injury and played, ha ha. It would drive me nuts to not be able to play in a game cuz I might get hurt. Nothing like game speed to really see where you're at.
From Mayo on Friday about some of the guys sitting tonight:
"Look, Jacoby [Brissett] is going to start the game off. Drake [Maye] will play as well. Joe [Milton] will play as well. There’s a nugget. Boom. You’re welcome. Thank you. Now you guys can sleep. [Bailey] Zappe will play.”
“But hold on one thing. Sorry, one thing. We do have some players dealing with small things that probably won’t play and get ready for the regular season. Some of our proven players… Yeah, there you go. All right? Fantastic. Now you guys can sleep in that.”
