Heehee. I guess the difference would be ever so slight. In one case, his lack of fire to get out there when I think NE felt he could play AND having Jacoby play hurt a few weeks later vs « always being hurt ». So my issue is both mental and physical thoughness.

Williams is your true X. Ridley can be the Z. Bourne and Douglas are good #3/#4 options. Hopefully Juju gets cut and Thornton replaced in the draft.

Yeah Ridley can go X or Z. There is room for both on the roster but I imagine they'd like to draft some guys too and not be overly committed to veteran WRs long term. Maybe Williams could be a short-term deal.

I would take Jimmy G's eight Games a year over Biscuits ineptitude. Felt sick after I said that.

Ridley - M Williams and Pop Douglas only Mac Jones @ QB could screw those options up.

Can I just say our front office is being so naive here. You've got an offer on the table but Ridley hasn't responded. Why do you think that is? He's waiting to sign with Jax later today. You either up your offer and give a deadline or just move on.

If it comes out that Ridley has signed for less than $20-22m a year, then we really will have egg on our face. That is the minimum going rate for that type of player - McLaurin, Godwin, Mike Williams, Cooper, Pittman are all in that range.
