The forecast is for snowball snow. I hope everyone is ready to show the Jets how they feel about them. After the snow confetti, pelting the Dolphins with snowballs when they were backed up to the opposite goal line was the best part of the Snowbowl.
That was your favorite part of the game? Interesting.

A few years ago a couple people were throwing snowballs in our section, security came down but no one would point the finger, so they left. 20 minutes later the troopers came down and escorted the two guys out, probably after reviewing the video.

Same thing happened earlier this season when someone threw a water bottle.

I could never root for a loss. By some miracle they get the number 2 pick. They pick a QB that everyone gushes over. That guarantees nothing. This team has fight. You sustain that. The team that loses for a draft pick is a LOSING TEAM.

I find this game fascinating.
The Patriots are rallying around BB (most are, anyway) and playing hard. The JEST have to be sick and tired of losing to the Patriots, but are they as enamored of Saleh?

This will either be a hard-fought close game (where I think the Pats win), or the Pats are going to blow the JEST off the field.

I know in my head that losses are better for draft capital, but I also know they're BAD for team-building. This team has come together in a really good way. And I can't root for a loss.

But no pressure. I'm okay with any outcome.

I am rooting for the Pats to dominate the Rats in every phase, but to lose on a flukey incident, possibly even a total botch by the refs.

LOL, it was a joke and I said that the confetti part was the best. Patfans nation, please don't get in trouble throwing snowballs at the JETE.

Guess I was little slow catching the joke LOL!

We parked so close to the stadium and got there so early that we didn’t realize until we got home that at some point the Troopers closed Rt.1 and were telling people to go back home. I remember getting to our seats and having to shovel them out with our hands.

I had the complete opposite experience. After numerous delays we got there only to be turned away at the parking lot. We ended up parking behind one of those industrial complexes, miles away from the stadium. We got there just as the third period was kicking off and they literally shut off the beer taps in front of us. Everything after that was magical. No one towed the truck and we tailgated after the game. Most of the day sucked, but I am very glad that I was there in the end.

I'm still waiting for the "Start Mac Jones" chants. Only this time it will be because the fans desperately want to lose this game for the draft position. Too cynical or just about right?

we had to go find a place to park one time, I believe it was shortly after the stadium opened, we pulled up to a lot and no one was in line and the troopers were there, they approached us and said we can’t park there, we asked why and he said because Kraft didn’t make arrangements to have his lots plowed. Not sure I ever found out what the story was. We ended up behind a building that was a private lot, 15 to 18 years later we started parking in that private lot again.

I want Saleh to add another receipt to his collection. 3 straight seasons now with 10+ losses and he's returning in 2024. That's amazing.

I think some of the players on this team are of the competitive type that they will want to play and at their best. FOR THEM I want the Jets to get smoked. Those are the players worth backing. Most importantly I want them to remain healthy.

I didn't bother with removing the snow. I laid across what would have been seats.

I really want to go to the game to say thanks to BB… and my 50 year old ass isn’t into doing that during a nor’easter. Maybe he’ll hear me from Barrington?

You must be kidding. I'm significantly older than you and I'll be there come hell or high water. Layer up and get your ass in gear.

You’re significantly older and tougher lol

I don’t mind being snowed on during the game. It’s the ****ty driving I’m concerned about. But there is still a good chance I’ll go.

2 horrible teams (both with nothing to gain) starting 3rd string qb's in a Noreaster in January in Foxboro
game of the year

In 2 years, on average, only 35% of players on an NFL team will still be on that same team. It's only about half from 1 year to the next. How does a loss in 1 year have any negative effect with team building?
In this situation, with the Patriots likely changing the entire coaching staff why would losing this year have anything negative to do with anything next year?
Losing teams usually lose because of poor ownership, poor GM (resulting in poor players) and/or poor coaching.
The Patriots lost a ton of games before Parcells, did not seem to affect the team building under him at all. It actually got them Bledsoe and McGinest.

Losses in 1 year is not bad for team building, it gets you better draft position and a better chance at better players, it is actually better for team building.
