Yet another Brady argument thread

Thanks for the recap of the NFC playoffs. I can’t wait for the sequel with the recap of the Super Bowl. Oh wait never mind.

Would you like me to bring up Lebron Brady's performances in SB 42, 46, or 52? Or how about his 1-3 record in AFCCGs vs the other iconic QB of his generation, Peyton Manning?

you said he struggled against good defenses....

he did. 3 INTs vs GB and near 50% completions against WAS. KC did not have a good defense in 2020, as much as you would like to think they did.

2) "Got By" with spotting his team with a big lead in a road playoff game after dominating the first half.

3 INTs in a playoff game almost always results in a loss. Like I said Brady got by.

3) Lucky, as in, you hate the facts, so he got lucky...He was the most efficient quarterback in the playoffs in 2020....Facts unfortunately are not on your side

Now you are citing a source from some guy who runs a Tommy worship twitter page? And Rodgers is number 2 on that list as "efficient." Overall, I agree- Brady is an efficient (i.e., dink and dunk) QB, not spectacular.

So he played 2 bad quarters out of 16 against good defenses...While being the most efficient qb in the playoffs.

Is it usually mirrored by playing an impeccable first half?

He doesnt create facts, you know what EPA is right? You just used PFF as a backing to your argument, you should know what analytics are. But, lets see how far you can stray from your original comment. Do you remember what that was?

Dinker and Dunker all year!

ANy list that has Mitchell Trubisky as the number 3 in "big time throws" should be dismissed. And it's funny how you cite stats from 2020, when Brady had all those weapons that I keep talking about. Hmm, I wonder if the two are correlated...

How about "big time throws" in 2019 or 2022?

"I hate any facts that prove me laughably wrong"--MAC10

Why are you talking about 2 irrelevant years? Again, stick to your original point...remember what you said?

Yes I would like you to as long as you bring up the seven he won. We are still waiting on the recap of the Super Bowl you left out earlier. It might do you good to discuss them and let it all out.

Only Kermit throws a pick 6 on a checkdown LMAO

another great SB1 thread...

Would you rather talk about Kermit's success against the greatest QB in football history in games that matter? That will be a very short discussion though so you might want to pick another topic

OK, I’d rather talk about this...

I don't know about you guys, but it was frustrating as hell when Brady and the offense would struggle against mediocre teams in the playoffs.

.
Yes, let's bring up SB 52.

Brady would have one less SB in hand if he had stayed. The Pats would have won 4-7 more regular season games, perhaps 2 more playoff games. We'd be in worse shape for '23-'24.

No SB from '66-'00. No SB's for Cowboys, 49'ers, Indy in some time..... AFC stacked. Pats go two rounds deep in '23-'25 would be pretty good. No AFCCG in '23 or '24 I'm afraid. Patience.

Hope: Remember last year almost everyone said the AFC West was going to be the hammer division.... with a brittle QB, an aging QB, and a throw his body around too much QB in the Division, things could be much brighter by '25. Mega deals for QB's in NY State is going to hollow out those rosters. Brady isn't going to save the Fins.

Imagine actually thinking Kermit will ever be GOAT.

0-2 vs the GOAT when it matters will hang around Kermit's neck like an albatross forever.

Thank you TB12. Thank you for being so awesome. Thank you for being the one reason why we Patriots fans have been the luckiest fans on the planet this century. Nobody else will ever get to experience the ride that we had.
