Fanatics website used to have it and still listed there under google images but when you click on the link it goes to their home page. You may want to call or email them.

The Pats website has the same jacket except the font on the back is different.

I believe that is a 2020 release. Your best bet will probably be in the resale market. The pro shop @ the stadium sometimes has sales for older releases that they still have stock of. Might be worth reaching out to them.
