Looks to be a bad call. He did grab the pads, but it wasn‘t near the neck. I thought it was only for tackles where they grabbed the inside of the pads around the neckline.

Well maybe if he doesn’t have to start at the 5 yard line at Lambeau!? ). He will struggle for sure but hopefully next series he gets better field position!
