The Bills are in a small market. So are the Green Bay Packers.
The Pack for many years, has scheduled a game or three in Milwaukee, to expand their fan base.
I see nothing wrong with the Bills doing the same with its close neighbor the much bigger, richer, and more cosmopolitan City of Toronto. As a way of expanding their base of fans, this is a well proven technique. Plus it would likely prevent a lawsuit from the Canadian Football League over usurpation of its territory, with only a few games a year.
The Pack will not leave Green Bay for Milwaukee full time, and the Bears might well object if they ever did try to do so.
I hope it works out, and the Bills can remain with the fans of upper New York instead of being sold and moved else where.
