I agree. Teams that want JG are rebuilding and in no hurry. They will wait - that is why no-one will trade for him. Why does Atlanta, for example, want to give anything up for JG when he is on the waiver wire in 2 to 3 weeks and they are not winning anything anyway? If you are Atlanta, why hurry? Ge Browns might have enquired but JG's agent told them there is no interest since Watson is back in week 12.

Injured knee (hyperextended) - out for the rest of preseason. Man, all these injured rooks. Even old flame CWatson had some trouble there (knee / surgery), but there was always a risk with him.

I just like pressing Stones buttons and getting him going. I don't agree with him some of the time but like the passion and attention to the draft bc it does matter. I'd like us to get a little more creative with our picks going forward as more data comes on prospects, how they hit and the % that sign a second contract with their own team that drafted them.

GB fans are have a hard time watching Pickens but GB big shots talked a ton about the culture and fit with Watson. If he's healthy he'll be fine there eventually. Problem is they need him now. That'll be interesting.

Yeah, but I think the expectation with him always came with the caveat that he may need time early on to recover from his injury. It was always more about the high ceiling late in year 1 (or at worst into year 2). He went too high for even a trade up anyway.
