Both Harris and Rham getting 1K? No way. I think the reins are coming off Mac and they're gonna let him eat a lot more.

We've had some good backs over the years hard to believe the Pats have only had 16 1000+ yard rushers in a season in franchise history. And only 2 in the last 10 seasons.

IMO if they keep both and they probably will, Harris has the better shot at 1000+ IF he stays healthy. I like how Harris can make something from nothing and being productive when teams know it's coming. That Chiefs game in 2020 was something to watch. But Rham was only a rookie last year let's see what he does this year. He did have better average yards after contact last year than Harris did so who knows.

The other factor is whether Strong gets a role. Curious to see how he does in camp more so than a lot of the draft class.

Harris or Rham will get 1,000 yards this year, but not both - that's too difficult.

I would be shocked if Strong doesn't see much action this year - he has way too much speed to waste on the sidelines.

Especially if the Pat's plan to join the big dogs and throw the damn ball. Remaining balanced of course to keep everyone honest.

Pass to get ahead
Run to win

And power.

Did you see his triceps? Dude must bench half a ton.

Does white make it off the pup by the start of the season? That will determine snap counts for several other running backs.

If they both run for 1000 yards, the Patriots will have the best offense in the history of the league.

I don't think we're *quite* there.

I wouldn't even assume anyone hits 1000, that's only happened 3 times on this team since Corey Dillon left. We spread the ball around too much for that to happen reliably.

Of course, there are rumblings of a new offense, which could lead to different stat distribution.

As long as they’re a top ten rushing team in yards and yards per attempt I don’t really care who does the running. Mix them up to keep them healthy… use a healthy dose of play action.

If Mac can take the 2nd year leap.....I think we could do 2K between Harris/Rham.

Imagine how our OL would open lanes when we aren't seeing 8 in the box anymore....just sayin'....

Is it just me or does Kevin Harris runs a lot like Damien Harris??

I don't recall Ridley getting any kudos for having a 1,200+ yard season or even being any good.

I DO remember people being pretty pleased when the Law Firm hit over 1K.

Rham or Harris via eye test could/should be better than either of those two.

Could K.Harris displace JJ.Taylor

I really hope Rham develops his hands for the passing game he seems like a two way type player potentially. Strong is definitely fast but Kevin Harris is no slouch either and might be a better runner as a Rookie. IF the RB's all look good in TC I think they might Trade Damien Harris if another Team gets hit with the injury bug at RB. I think we might be a little redundant @ RB if they are all healthy.

I will probably be wrong but I guess that it will be Harris/Rham/Strong as the top 3 backs , then a battle between K.Harris/Taylor/Montgomery. Unfortunately I dont see White being ready.

Wow  I totally forgot about James White I think he's the odd man out. Forget I said that I can't believe White is only 30 the Foxborough flu is going be very contagious this year @ RB. Would love to see Mac throwing to a healthy White on Third Downs.

Yes, it’s very weird how nobody noticed how Ridley took this offense to another level in 2012, yet praise Law Firm who was a JAG. It’s unfortunate his career went downhill starting with the Pollard hit in the 2012 AFCCG. I was bracing myself watching him challenge Pollard like that who ended up losing badly. He was never the same after that fumbling for no reason up 10-0 week 1 at Buffalo which they ran back for a TD. He continued to struggle with fumbles and injuries after that.

But wasn't Ridley a fumbler?? I think that always lingered in the back of peoples minds with him.

Trading Harris would be tragic. Just keep him for this year and let him walk in FA handing the reins to Rham.

The amount of fumbles were overblown, but he always chose the worst times to fumble.

i agree. I think Harris will go over 1000 yds, but Rham will log more TDs. Certainly sounds like Strong will get every opportunity to get on the field...you cant teach that kind of speed at RB
