Is anyone still worried about the Bills?

I think McD will be VERY happy if the Bills get "blown off the ball" to the tune of 14 points again.

The offense will not make as many self-inflicted mistakes next time and will score a lot more than 14 points.
Do you really believe the Pats will only throw 3 times next game?

As you conveniently ignored the meat of my previous post, I'll say it again with no big words.

The game plan for the Patriots on Monday night was to win a tight, low-scoring game. That is exactly what they accomplished.

Buffalo's game plan was to throw it all over the field. That didn't work, and calls into question their awareness of how to plan for different circumstances.

Buffalo has not won a close game all season. They are front runners. When things are tight they spit the bit (0-4 in games decided by a touchdown or less). I hate to tell you this, but when things get cold, and playoffs come around, nearly every game is close.

If McDermott thinks the Pats game plan will be the same next time, he's already lost.

We are a Nick Folk FG off the post and Harris fumble away from having a three game lead over you but I'm not idiotic enough to think that counts for anything.
And a dropped Agholor pass and/or a missed PI when a DB grabbed Agholor's facemask away from beating Dallas, too.

The Jacksonville Jaguars say hello. The Bills have a one dimensional offense. The OL is mediocre and they have average backs. Allen is a talented QB with 3 1/2 years experience, until suddenly he throws some picks or fumbles or wilts under pressure.

I wouldn’t count on the Pats only scoring 14 points. The bildo Defense couldn’t stop plays the Pats have been running for decades, even when the whole stadium knew they weren’t passing the ball, until the Bills put 9 or 10 in the box. They aren’t going to be able to do that when the Pats can also pass in better weather at Gillette.

Photo's dont lie.
Photos mislead all the time - was that initial contact, for example?

On one angle, it looks like the ball is on Diggs' wrist, and the other shows it's several inches to the side of the wrist.

Is this correct? I feel like even after they did this, the Pats still had success running the football. Trying to find stats quarter by quarter for the game, but I'm not having much luck.

The worse call of the game by far was the 15 yarder on the phantom late hit on Allen. One of the worst calls all time IMO.

You’d have to look at the play by play. I think the Bills were statistically much better against the run in the second half. They started flooding the box and shooting gaps, which worked better. Won’t be able to do that in typical football weather.

That's not my point at all.

I've posted this before, but i'll copy/paste it here again:

I'm not talking about individual mistakes changing games.

I'm talking about half a seasons worth of mistakes, occurring all in ONE game.

And the opponent still barely winning.

The Bills deserved to LOSE that game because of their mistakes. But I dont see those mistakes all occurring in one freak game again.

I'm talking about apples and you're talking about oranges.

Total yards and turnovers were even. Nothing flukey.

I could see your point if the Bills had like 5 unforced turnovers and out gained them by 150 yards. That’s not what happened.

Who’s to say the Patriots wouldn’t have 5 drops if they’d passed 30 times in those winds? Did you also count up how many missed running lanes/missed blocks they had?

How convenient that the “shoulda” plays only go in one direction.

Exactly.

Total yards was close to even DESPITE the fact that the Bills had:

- 5 drops
- A dropped TD
- An unforced fumble
- A missed FG
- A missed PI in the endzone.

Imagine how lopsided it would have been if those didn't happen.

That's why i'm very confident about the next matchup.

Outside of the long TD run, the Pats averaged 3.5 ypc.

Greencow watch this clip, you cannot sit there with a straight face and say this hit him in the hands and wasn’t affected by the wind….

Place your bets

public schools in the greater buffalo region must suck

Because the ball deflected. Each frame after it hits his wrist, the ball will move further away.

Total domination. Pats took both lines of the Bills and gave them all a wedgie in their own place.

You skipped the rest of my post, which stated exactly why you’re talking out of your ass.

Pats whooped that ass on Monday night. Gotta love when you do that and make the other team's fans watch and like it.
