Is anyone still worried about the Bills?

... freak factors that had to occur for the Patriots to barely win...
-turning the ball over vs. not turning the ball over
-making stupid penalties vs. not making stupid penalties
-not having good football situational awareness vs. having good situational awareness
-having dumbasses and not smart players
-having bad game plans rather than good game plans
-having bad coaches, not good coaches

These are things that have separated the Bills from the Patriots for two decades and are hardly freak things. They second-listed traits are what builds a dynasty, in fact.

Hey PP2 and the rest of you old timers..remember "Uncle Meat", that Barfalo dimwit that raised a ruckus here a few years ago? I think this GreenStoolCow is him. The Uncle Meat handle was perma banned.

Mods can feel free to look at my IP. I'm no other poster and i'm always respectful.

I agree with you.

But for the Bills of NOW (not the last 2 decades), they are freak things.

Because we haven't had that many UNFORCED mistakes in one game in over two years.

Hi there.

McDermott was really bad on Monday. From misusing timeouts, to challenging a spot that was never going to be overturned, to kicking a FG into 50mph winds... Not his finest hour.

What I think happened is that the Bills had the equivalent of half a season of self-inflicted mistakes happen in ONE game.

- Dropping a TD
- Missing a FG
- Fumbling without being touched
etc (i've alredy went down the list in previous posts)

These weren't even caused by the opponent. It's one thing if the opponent punches the ball out ... but to fumble with no one near you? To drop a TD that hits your hand? To drop numerous first downs? To try a FG into 50mph winds?

These are unforced errors and the Bills deserved to lose.

But I dont see them making that many errors in one game again.

Thanks for saying that Allen was the best player on the field. Many of your Patriot fans cant come to admit that, even though the national media praised him for that performance, given the absurd weather circumstances.
You could be right but I think the mistakes in part were due to the weather. Not sure things will be any better in Foxboro in a couple of weeks. I was surprised as the Bills are used to playing those conditions. I agree about the FG being a head scratcher but IMO the play calls when you had the ball inside the 10 and 15 were horrendous. Nothing creative at all. I really think on some of those RPOs, Allen should have just kept the ball. Probably a TD if he does. BTW, I also thought Phillips pass interfered with your TE on the final series too but it was close.

All I can say is that I am all-in on Tampa Bay this weekend, and I never once enter the Tom Brady sub-forum. I moved on.

I am sure that some "freak things" will happen, like multiple touchdown passes from the owner of the Bills (Tom Brady), that will be the blame.

All the have to do is not screw up as badly as they did on Monday night.

It's interesting hearing Patriot fans rave about the win, because they barely won in a game where the Bills did everything possible wrong.

You're right. Your team might have won if they weren’t blown off the LOS and didn’t choke at home in the elements against a rising team with a rookie QB who only threw 3 passes.

The Bills didn't score on Harry's fumble.

The Bills weren't awarded 7 points as soon as the fumble happened.
Now I am confused. You mean to say Harry's fumble had no bearing? The point that you got field position at 12 yard line is immaterial?

But diggs drop off a windy not able to predict moving ball counts as a drop and 7 potential points.

your very presence here after your team's loss is disrespectful enough. Your boastful bragging about future victory is ignorant and even more disrespectful. A real football fan with even the merest modicum of respect would take this to heart. You, by your very presence, prove you have ZERO respect.

Pats best tackling safety is on the Covid list and the team still held the Bills to 10 points.

He'll be back for the next game. Not that BUF can run the ball at all but if they couldn't even do it on Monday night without him there imagine what that will look like in Foxboro when he is back. Yikes

If Diggs does not drop a ball that hit is hands, thats an instant TD.

Harry fumbling is not an instant TD. The Patriots defense still could have kept the Bills out.

There is no comparison between the two.

I think McD will be VERY happy if the Bills get "blown off the ball" to the tune of 14 points again.

The offense will not make as many self-inflicted mistakes next time and will score a lot more than 14 points.

The only issue is the weather will most likely be worse in Foxboro in two weeks. Also, the weather has no bearing on the Bills run defense which was flat embarrassing as the Pats did not even pretend to not run. Lined up heavy all game with the WRs in tight and just put a helmet on a helmet and bludgeoned the Bills all game.

If you can’t understand the concept of a horrendous weather modifier and bad drops, then I can’t help you.

The rest of the country understands it and is praising Allen for his play. If you and some other Patriot fans do not want to, that’s OK. You can be in the tiny minority.
Ahahahaha - YOU'RE the one blaming your receivers for the drops and discounting the "weather modifier."

Classic.

I may be wrong, but I just dont see 50 mph winds happening in Gillete in a few weeks.

I agree with your point about play calling.

You're right about the PI. It was clear and obvious and likely changes the game if called. The Bills would have had the ball at the 1 yard line.

He's literally bear hugging Knox lol.

The Pats are incredibly well set up for a play action passing attack in the next meeting, its not like the Bills can sell out against the run again and ignore the pass. Jones is at 77% completion rate for the season on play action...
That and the Pats know the Bills rushing attack has no teeth. The Bills will come in to Foxboro, desperate, predictable, and one dimensional. The Pats are going to punch them in the face and take their lunch money, and there's nothing they'll be able to do about it.

There's only 1 picture you need to post on here. its the one of the scoreboard at the end of the game. I'm not sure what the purpose of your power point presentation is but I'm getting sinister vibes here. You aren't convincing anyone of anything here other than the fact that you may need medical help.

“Dude, so what if we just shotgunned a case of beer? I’m driving anyhow. I was absolutely fine on the straight sections of the road. Yeah, I went over the median a few times, but that semi missed me, wasn’t anywhere close. I only flipped my car because the curvy section came up too quickly, the two signs were too close to the curve, if it was a reasonable distance away and was lit properly, I would have recognized the curve in time and not have totaled my car.

But i’m a damn good driver, look how well I did in that straight segment while being buzzed, and how well I would have handled that curve if the multiple signs were properly spaced and lit. You’re such a crappy driver, you didn’t even bother to attempt to drive in this! Not impressed by you getting home in the cab whatsoever.”
