Game Day Thread Official Post Game Thread: Pats destroy the Browns

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lets ****ing destroy the Falcons.
A playoff team doesn’t take teams like this for granted. They need to go out and take care of business. If they keep this rolling, they’re going to make me a believer !

I am beginning to question the durability of Harris as a lead back. He struggles to finish games even when he is not hurt.

Harris has been given a huge pass on injuries, mostly because many were focusing their unexplainable hatred toward Sony Michel who I think missed less games than Harris has at this point. People said he was injury prone, waste of a draft pick, etc but for some reason Harris gets a pass constantly when he gets an injury

Very excited about Stevenson and Harris tho as a 1-2 duo

The ball is allowed to "hit the ground" as long as it's in the grasp of the player and it doesn't come loose. Sorry, but it was a catch..
I thought it moved when it hit the ground, but I’m glad it was called a catch.

Well, they should beat the Falcons (who got demolished today) and they finish up with the Jets, Jaguars and Dolphins. The schedule would give them a better than even shot at 11 wins, I'd say. The Titans and the Bills games will be rock fights.

I'm not so sure that the Titans game will be that tough. They've become very one dimensional without Henry.. But only time will tell.

I think a eating crow thread is in order soon for belichick doubters
Sure. But what is really weird is that there are posters who were complaining back when the tram was winning Super Bowls

IMO those people are only here to troll and ruin this site. I don’t think there is a place here for them

Incredible game. All cylinders clicking (with exception of kick returns, that just need gunner back)

IBBWT. Lol.

The Patriots Defense is #2 in the NFL in opponent's passer rating at 79.1 and #1 in Interceptions.
Pats are also 2nd in the league in passes defensed..

And a split with Buffalo is realistic

HHH!

Happy Homer Here!

BB rebuilt a team into a contender in two years - 1 to clear the books, 1 to sign the middle class.

This isn’t getting nearly enough attention by the media. There are so many teams that stink year after year going through multiple coaching staffs and quarterbacks.

Bill reset the cap in one year. Signed new players and drafted a qb with the 15th pick. And they’re back as a competitive team. Incredible. So many owners and fan bases must be tearing their hair out.

The NFL front office and most of the teams around the league are most definitely busy concocting a new cheating scandal.

Yeah I'm curious about Tennessee... I'll have to go back and look at these last couple games to get an idea of what they're doing without Henry... and now no Julio either. But first up is Atlanta... short week, but hopefully they can get an effective gameplan together before taking a "mini-bye". Then they'll have ~10 days to prep for the Titans.

The AFC looks pretty wide open. Bills game will be a big one.

The Bills have the #1 defense in the NFL, and they are much better coached. Mike Vrabel owns Bill Belichick for some reason.
I wouldn't calling it "owning" It's been all of 2 games and the last one was a 20-13 loss where Brady through a pick-6. I think it's safer to say that Vrabel owned Brady.

This is a new Pats team and the Titans don't have a running game, really, without Derrick Henry. With as well as the D-line is playing, I'm looking forward to the game.
