Feel free to add your own.

I think Aaron Rodgers nickname needs to be changed from Captain Comeback to Captain Furtherback.

Speaking of Rodgers, is there anyone who does a better job of washing his balls than Joe Buck? I thought for a moment he was going to ejaculate out the booth window as he was trying to put a great spin on one of Rodgers' INTs.

JC Jackson needs to stop taunting opponents. That kind of nonsense may be why he doesn't get calls his way.

Mac Jones will be fine.

Every day I wake up and thank the football gods that the Pats didn't end up with Baker Mayfield. He blows.

Isiah Wynn is overrated.

Well, it didn't take Bill long to take out Stevenson after a fumble. I had just finished telling my wife that Stevenson would have been in there for the last drive but Bill took him out for fumbling. I hope Bill has a Plan C.

In more cases than not, a long pass that's underthrown is DPI. I'm amazed at how many NYFL DBs can't pick up the ball as they cover the WRs. That guy Wallace, #39, from Buffalo was horrible vs Pitt.

I have to admit that "they" were right. Bill's presser approach is great when the team wins but not when they lose.

Speaking of Pittsburgh, I can't remember rooting for them before. I must have but don't remember it.

Of all of my losing picks this week, the Jaguars and Falcons were the worst. What the heck was I thinking? I actually like Tyrod Taylor and Jalen Hurts a bit and should have gone with them.

That Miami game was eerily similar to last year's Bills' game at Gillette.

Matt Stafford isn't great but he's surely better than Goff.

And finally a question. Do referees named Hochuli get paid by the hour instead of by the game?

Agreed with all except mayfield, I was down on him His first couple years but feel like he’s improving and gonna be good for a long time.

And I think you meant yesterday was like the bills game at buffalo last year. The one at Gillette was the blowout

Bill does have a plan C at running back. He's approximately my height and his name is JJ Taylor.

Correct, I’d be surprised if rham is active over jj next week. But rham is going to be very good someday for us

Agree. But he won’t see the field much until he proves he’s capable in pass pro and doesn’t cough up the football.

Yeah, I was actually surprised he got the nod in week 1 given the question marks their, especially with the thumb issue. But I guess that’s how good he is at what he does well

Agree with everything above; and here's a couple more:

NFW should Kid Dyno-Mite & Assiassi have been de-activated yesterday just so ALL of Bill's special teams pets could receive a participation trophy; watching Brandon Bolden return a 3rd-quarter KO was ****ing disgusting.

Jake Johnson on the field for a mere handful of snaps was a waste.

There also wasn't room in that awful defensive backfield for Shaun Wade? Wasn't he being lauded for his ability to quickly grasp the defense?

Yawndy Cachoo better get real healthy real quickly, because Trent Brown & His Calf of Renown ain't making another appearance until Columbus Day, and Trey Smith ain't walking through the door either.

I was pretty excited by our RB options but then Stevenson and Harris fumbled. Stevenson also got blown away by Elandon Roberts on a "block" but was bailed out by a call.

Yes, thanks.

I think Mayfield is their weakest link.

Ben looked awful out there. What has happened to him? He used to be an accurate passer and had the where with all to escape pressure. Now, he looks old and confused.

The Pitt vs Buffalo game stunk. Pittsburgh does have a good defense. Allen better step it up if the Bills want a legit shot. First game of the season, but neither team is capable of taking out KC at this point.

The Chicago Bears are a mess. Their secondary is like swiss cheese. They need a CB now. I have to wonder if BB would deal Gilmore to Chicago if the present Pats DBs look ok? The OL problems from last season look to be worse. Montgomery is a phenomenal RB, but Nagy in his infinite wisdom pulls him out. Nagy is on this ice if this debacle isnt fixed. Sony had 2 yards. Wasnt he supposed to have more of a role in LA?

Cleveland looked really good until the wheels came off late in the game. Mayfield really impressed me making all the throws and they were darts. The Browns defense is really good as well. Chubb is just a monster.

I thought that was Stevenson.

He looks small for 6 foot tall.

Stevenson didn't fumble. The officials got the notice from Goodell again. It'd be great if it wasn't so obvious like the phantom hold on Wynn that no one saw. The announcers being awkward during the replays has gotten really old. Also, Wynn has graded out pretty high when he's played. He's been very good, actually.

Some other thoughts:

Agree on Mayfield. There's a reason why he and Jackson haven't been paid and Buffalo is probably cringing at Allen's money in Buffalo, after his lone good year last year while everyone was discombobulated during a pandemic. This is a major advantage for NE in the next 4 seasons in the AFC.

Zach Wilson is a hybrid of Jay Cutler and Flacco. Nice arm, but not much else. Constantly flees the pocket and needs bootlegs or roll outs to function. I have no idea how anyone who knows the sport would proclaim WIlson or Lance (haha) are better prospects than Jones after watching Jones last year and seeing the schedule Wilson had last year with juggernauts like Coastal Carolina amongst numerous other Div 2 level quality.

Why would Burrow go #1 overall one year and Jones be seen as inferior to Wilson or Lance the next? Strange world we live in these days.

That's my main complaint from Sunday believe it or not. I thought the point of having a loaded RB corps was to actually use those RBs, especially after dealing Michel.

I'd be running 2 RB sets every week, pulling a TE off here or there, just to change it up. Very strange after his always positive plays in preseason and what he showed in few snaps last year.

Someone had to be inactive, and the 4th (5th if you count Bolden) is as good a candidate as any. I just expected Taylor would have earned it over Rhamondre.

Bolden shouldn't be here. I've always liked him, but you can't sell me on a loaded STs group needing Brandon Bolden to be great over what JJ Taylor offers. If you out White and Taylor out there on 3rd down at the same time, even a good set of LBs in this league will have serious problems with them.

My random thought was:

Well, Bill, that's what you get when you run the dude out there when he's gassed. Don't be such a curmudgeon and put Stevenson back in, ya schmuck.

UPDATE: It appears that Trent Brown is "day-to-day" with his calf injury... Better than "week-to-week" I suppose... And get well soon, too Yawndy;
we cannot have Justin Herron take any more meaningful snaps in any game ever again.

this bothers me as calf injuries can take a long time to heal... especially if you are using the legs for strength and power, as linemen do...

as for running back... Is it Rham vs JJ or Rham vs Bolden this week to see who sits... Might be good for his (Rham) confidence to get to play vs the jete...

Speaking of Jackson, he folded like a new tent again on Monday, right after the announcers praised him for his record in prime time, even though the Ratbirds lost their last 3 OT games (now 4) and haven't done crap in the playoffs with him. The kid is a great runner but not much of a QB.

I don't follow college so I can't comment about the new QBs until I see them enough in the NYFL. Jones isn't anything flashy but he has the potential to be a good QB. That's more than I can say for the last QB the Pats had.
