Damn it.Cappa out for the post season
it’s rough. that backup is not good. the offense struggled big time when they were missing a starting guard this season (1-3) i know it was Marpet before but Cappa is still a huge loss he didn’t allow a sack all seasonDamn it.
Because we had no Qb succession plan and no offensive skill stars outside of Edelman who was hurt most of the season. How is that possible that every second or third string QB like Wolford or Heinicke looked much better than our set of QBs.

The Packers only have one win vs a good team - the Saints. But also lost to the Vikes, Colts and were blown out by the Bucs. You play who is in front of you and the Bucs are in the final 4 of the conference. Not too shabby for a 43 year old Qb.I wouldn't get too jazzed over Brady's new team. With an all star offensive cast they played five teams with winning records this year and lost four of them and another to a team that finished 8-8. The lone team they beat with a winning record was the Packers back in October.
The rest of their wins were against teams with a combined record of 61-90.
Against winning teams Brady had 9 Tds and 9 Ints. Take away the 3 tds 0 Ints in the win vs the packers he had 6 Tds 9 Ints against the rest.
Yes. No more excuses but if the Bucs win I sure you will have more excuses on why their win didn't matter. Must be exhausting. Final 4 of the conference baby!I was gonna say congrats to Brady and the Bucs for finally beating another winning team then realized it slipped my mind Washington was under .500 this year and were in a division that the Pats would have won at 7-9.
But no more losing teams in the playoffs for them and next week a rematch against either a team that beat them already or a team that beat them twice already
Let me remind you Heinicke is a 3rd QB behind Haskins ( who was released) and Smith and you are trying to compare his stats to the "superstar" QB Newton who was our first option all season long. Heinicke threw over 300 yards against very good Tampa defense. Newton played 15 games and guess how many games did he have with over 300 passing yards? Just.....2 - and we are talking about Newton. Heinicke and Wolford are just unknown QBs.Wolford played like **** against the Cardinals.and got injured in the 1st or 2nd drive yesterday and Heinicke just went up against an incompetent DC and a soft zone defense that had almost no tape on him.
But Newton threw for 400 yards against the same Seahawks defense you were claiming Wolford looked good against. Newton also played better against the jest twice this year than Goff did in his game against them which the Rams lost
Brady kicked one of the NFL's top defenses butt with 380 yds. I admit Brady missed some tackles and he didnt defend the pass very well. He obviously sucksI wouldn't get too jazzed over Brady's new team.
