It's easy, and only takes a few moments. Why do you hope that?Hoping like hell Tom loses tonight, but it’ll take a miracle from Washington. Regardless if the Bucs win tonight, their season most assuredly ends next week.
Actually, the Pat's need at least another year to rebuild. They don't have any stud up and comers on rookie contracts from the top rounds. So the Bucs beating the Pat's can help them get a higher draft pick. Just have to look at the the 2001 team and 2014 team to see the core of the team was in place to make a run at multiple SB.What's wrong with booing the enemy? I love him, but when we play next year, I'm not cheering for him to beat us. Hell no.
Edit: And this is just booing. You won't catch me yelling, "12 sucks" or ripping him if he throws interceptions or now suddenly hoping the cliff happens.
Some people don't want tom to have success. I guess it's some weird idea that they want all his success attributed to NE.Why do you hope that?
I loved Tom Brady as much as anyone while he was here and he’ll always be the greatest of all-time to me. I literally have a candle with his head on the body of Jesus on a shelf in my house, for chrissakes. Why do you hope that?

Ultimately, though, he’s the one who chose to leave here. He’s the one who stated he wouldn’t be caught dead living in the Northeast again. I myself have lived away from the Northeast for 5+ years now, and can never imagine myself saying what he did, as if living in New England is such a burden he’s had to live with for 20+ years.
Second, as if acknowledging that both are the greatest of all-time is impossible, many posters on here have taken upon themselves to deride Belichick as overrated or a stooge without Brady. If you’re going to go that route, I sure as hell am going to defend the guy who wanted to stay here and will probably spend the rest of his life in New England. Brady getting bounced early in the playoffs weakens the arguments of those who think Belichick is trash, and doesn’t really hurt Brady’s legacy at all given that he’s 43.
Finally, as a physician, the junk pseudoscience of a lot of the things Brady has peddled has annoyed me. That annoyance turned to anger at the start of the pandemic seeing Brady try to sell “immune-boosting” junk and making a profit off the virus.
In the end, when Brady returns to New England as a retired quarterback, most of this will be water under the bridge, but until then, I really don’t care to see him succeed.
You'd rather see the Steelers or Chiefs get another Superbowl over the greatest Patriot/player of all time?I loved Tom Brady as much as anyone while he was here and he’ll always be the greatest of all-time to me. Bucs are gonna kick the absolute crap out of the Pats(ies) next year. You know Brady has it circled already and he’s the one guy you don’t want to face when he has something to prove.Actually, the Pat's need at least another year to rebuild. Correct. You'd rather see the Steelers or Chiefs get another Superbowl over the greatest Patriot/player of all time?
Wow..that's shocking.Correct.

We won against Atlanta, we won against Seattle, we won against Carolina. All 3 games did not feature a good defensive performance. In particular we were pretty bad against Carolina.
I’m pretty confident they won’t lose again. They’re playing too well right now.Hoping like hell Tom loses tonight, but it’ll take a miracle from Washington. Regardless if the Bucs win tonight, their season most assuredly ends next week.
I’d feel way more confident if they had Vea stillI’m pretty confident they won’t lose again. They’re playing too well right now.
Vea is a stud. Big loss for TampaI’d feel way more confident if they had Vea still
Hard to believe this is true if you are rooting like hell for him to lose. He has been associated with Guerrero for years so that is not a new phenomenon. Obviously every fan can root for whomever they want but I just honestly cannot understand actively rooting against someone who brought so much to our team - especially since he went to a team with zero history with the Patriots. If he went to the Colts, Giants, Steelers, Jets I could understand.I loved Tom Brady as much as anyone while he was here
I hated hearing AV get booed but I think this is a big reason why.Hard to believe this is true if you are rooting like hell for him to lose.
